• try again to see if i can get the DVD player working
• if not, buy new (cheap) DVD player
• make more cards so i'm ahead of myself...
• get sparkly chart for ds1 to maybe encourage toilet training....

Hello slatterns, i hope everyone has had a good day

DH, DD and i have had a nice day, nothing special, just nice and relaxing (well, as much as can be with horses to muck out and shopping to do) and have just had a yummy dinner: Posh mozzerella (half price), tomato, basil, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then quiche, new potatoes and salad, and i have got a yummy vanilla slice for later Just drinking a G&T (please don't tell the diet cult!)

DH and i had a talk about things earlier and i am feeling a bit more together again. Thank you for all your support

We've had a pleasant day. Made a nice breakfast for us all, and I managed to do three loads of washing and cook Jamie's meatball recipe from my Ministry of Food book, and I've mopped for two days in a row AND I put DS down in his cot still awake!

It's not the G&T that you should at, it's everything else i have eaten. I actually feel very sick now Will try harder tomorrow.

Morning all

Not doing a real list today, Dh is working all day so DD and i are on our own. We are going for a little shop in Cambridge this morning and will do the horses this afternoon. Basically want to get some washing done and dried and that will do till this evening.

Peppa what a coincidence, we were thinking of going to wookey hole today! Don't think we are though as we went to the harbourside festival in Bristol yesterday and ended up spending rather more than anticipated.

Not doing much here today as its a bank holiday and we have a festival going on! Just going to do some washing. So proud of DD3 yesterday, went to a demonstration of what she does in her music class and she (is only 2) performed throughout, couldnt believe it. Really thought she would just sit there and do nothing

Bless her! I'm taking DD to a music class/session tomorrow morning - she loves to make a noise!

I really feel that this class she has been at (since she was one) has really brought on her speech, because most of it is singing the same songs most weeks, so she can sing them all now! Enjoy your morning in Cambridge

Nope! Have been busy shopping!!!!! Got some lovely things for DD and i got some stuff from H&M for me. I got a lovely double breasted jacket in navy that comes just below the hips (£19.99 ) a little smart top for £3(!) and a teal and cream striped cardigan that was £9.99. So i am a happy bunny Although i ended up getting one of DD's tops in the wrong size because it was on the wrong hanger (doh!) so have to go back to swap it at some point.
