How unfair to show chocolate cake to me when im trying to lose weight!
I really want a big bar of whole nut right now.
Got to pick DS's up from school now.Its going to be hard resisting chocolate in the shops.

See you all later.

ludaloo · 12/01/2007 14:49

A healthier option for you

Actually managed to get lunch at 2:30, soup and crusty bread then
Washed up pans, crockery and spears
Vac downstairs and the staircase.

Had fun with the vaccing. DS has a dice and we took turns matching the dice to the number of times you push the machine. Took a while longer but great fun was had. Honest!

Well thats my lot for today!!!

I can't find the energy to finish off upstairs...and I haven't rehung the voiles yet either...that might be a job for tomorrow.
(My burst of energy has quickly disappeared!!!)

I'm looking forward to dinner....fish and chips!

Dh has just rung to say he will be late home again tonight so I think I'm going to drug the small children before we have bedtime shananagans! ....Now where is that Nightol??

ludaloo · 12/01/2007 17:27

Ruby glad you had a better day today

capp what is a harpy by the way?? (I only occasionally try to tackle the whole house!)

grouchy you have done lots...you always manage to inspire me!!!!

grouchyoscar · 12/01/2007 17:34

Luda...thanks, I don't do a lot really, I only have a small house. Thanks for saying I'm inspiring as you lot have encouraged me to get off my fat butt and use my time better.

shouldbedoingthehousework · 12/01/2007 18:18

That's me done too. Dd is already in bed and sound asleep, bless her. I think she may be coming down with something (same as the cat perhaps ?) Ds is watching bedtime hour on cbeebies.

I haven't put away the ironing but will do before bed. And dd and I only got half way through doing her drawers but that can be done over the weekend. Everything else for the day was accomplished and I found something in my newly cleared freezer for dh and I to have for supper

I'm working tomorrow so won't get much FLYing done.

HazelNuts · 12/01/2007 21:34

Hi all.

Its been a long day here for me. It seems to have been a not stop day all day with one thing and another.

I have had a quick read through today posts. Lots to take in so well done all

satinshoes you are doing so well. I had a buggy board for DS2 when DD was born, he hated it. DS1 still moans that I wont use it now, not that I have it anymore.

shouldbe cat poo. yuk!!!

Cat poo is the most hated smell for me.

I must come in here in the day and put a list to work from. I do loads but it never feels like it until I log on here and think about what I have done.

Today has been a trying to sort out things day.
Once DSs went to school, I had to get a bus to go to bath for a Benefits review thingy.
Then I got a little bit of shopping while waiting for the bus home.
Then I read todays mail. Like tort I got a report for a meeting I have on Monday with SS. XP1 has spoke to her and has told her a load of lies!! I could not believe the crap he has told her. I tried phoning her but she is not in the office today and the meeting is at 12pm on Monday at their office, so I hope I can talk to her before the meeting.
It was then time to get DSs from school so no time to phone my solicitor but I did when I got home. SS wont let her go to the meeting on Monday, she does not really know if she can push it to be there or not and is trying to get more info on it(she has never had/wanted to be in meeting like the one on Monday) but looks like I will be there on my own I am going to have to listen to XP1 tell even more lies, Just don't know if I can cope with that.

tort I feel for you. I don't want xp1 know what I do all day but they seem to put everything in these reports, yet nothing about him!! I hate it when they say that I do something wrong (ie play computer games with DSs). Yet xp1 does the same and gets Well done! Why is it wrong for me yet ok for him. Why do they put crap in these reports. Mine has that I spend a lot of time/day on the computer!! I wish I had the time to spend all day on here. I don't come on here until after DC are in bed most of the time. I want to start in the mornings so I can see the days mission and do a list etc but that is it.

JustIvor · 12/01/2007 22:00

Hi Cappuccino. I don't think I do that much really. Esp not Mon - Weds when I'm in work for around 6 hours a day. If I was doing well, I wouldn't have to say to luda that she can visit in the summer to give me time to sort the house out to make it presentable! I suppose it depends on where you're coming from. I've got piles of unsorted stuff from when I was ill so the living room and spare bedroom and master bedroom are an absolute disgrace! Oh, and the landing. I am still shamefaced that when I suddenly went into hospital some months ago, my good friend went upstairs to pack some things for me and saw the state of my bedroom. The shame I felt! She's so houseproud, too. Actually, looking at my list, half the stuff is just errands rather than housework so it's probably a good balance.
