I used the avent ones too. QP i wonder if yours is same as hospital ones they're blue and battery /mains powered most maternity sp? units have BF co-ordinaters maybe you could phone up your local unit and ask.
On second thoughts when i had trouble BFing DD1 she milked me like a cow with her hand.
Turned out DDs food pipe wasn't joined to her stomach but she wasn't for giving in when i said it seems to be running back out her mouth.I think it was one of the most embarrasing things ever to happen to me... and there have been many.

im frozen too. I havent worked our heaters out yet, and I think I have it on full blast, but I cant feel any heat

Thanks Jasn .I stopped BFing DDAGE2 at 8 months and still haven't had a period not underweight or over and if i squeeze still get tiny drops of milk do you think my hormones could be out of sync?
QSP it really does sound like the ones i used in hospital one tip if it is they have a suction control dial on side DONT turn it all the way up unless you want to loose your inards.

Btw i caught that BF thread where everyone was being really horrid saying f* off to each other and all sorts.I'm sticking to the Fly threads too from now on ,like it here as you can tell!

I've been considering putting the heating on all day, mostly to dry the washing, as I didn't want to use the tumble drier.

I'd also recommend a coil (non hormane for me). No pain, no worries

Squat - how long ago you stop BFing? Your hormones might be abit haywire! I know after I was pregnant for a while, then wasnt, I leaked... blooming hormones!

QSP just checked your link out and it is the one i used in hosi or similar watch out they're powerful too.
I'M freezing too went to put gas fire on last night and it wouldn't work.Hasn't been used since spring and i found crayons toys paper etc in it despite guard so maybe the DDs are responsible (again)
Central heating being fitted in a few weeks just plugged in leccy heater for now .Isn't winter great
