New thread for a new zone, morning all

lets all do profiles

I have been married 6 years, I have 2 dd's, one is 6 and the other is 16 months and a dd or ds on the way!
I have always been domestically challenged and I think Flylady has the answer.
I have known about flylady for about 2 years but never really got going, I hope that doing it together will change that.

Hellooooooooooooooooo. Im still alive! Got back about 15 mins ago... back again tomorrow. Getting abit better, MIL isnt so bad without FIL. Had to go to DHs grandads grave today (i am terrified of graveyards) and MIL pointed out where all the babies are buried, and walking to MILs great grandparents grave, there was a grave of a 13 day old baby... and I got really upset It looked all forgotten about. I hope all the "baby section", over the other side is well looked after Dreading the funeral next week. Dh and I discussed baby no.2 we've decided my "career" can wait, and we can try next year. DH inherited alot of cars and motorbikes, so we can pay off our loan which is a burden and we will trade our car in for something bigger. MIL and her sisters were asking when we were having our next one Its not such a taboo in their family to have babies young.

Back to FLYlady, havent been around to muck the place up, so its still all nice and clean and tidy Wont be doing alot until after Friday as its the funeral then (maybe). Ill keep up with the daily missions and babysteps though! what have the last few days been?

Tortosie I have shined my sink and put out clothes for tomorrow done my washing for the day (forgot to wear shoes, drink water etc.)

firstly, Q, glad you seem a bit better and at least you dont have as much housework to do, hope the funeral goes ok next week (((hugs)))

tortoise, please dont get upset, like someone said, keep cool and calm on the outside, even if your all mushed up on the inside, it will do you big favours, and you didnt fuck up,sounds like (from what you said the other day) he was abusive man, my dad was the same and sometimes my mum couldn't protect me and my sister, not that she didn't want to.... no one knows what its like in those situations unless you go through it yourself.

thirdly, flying has been going ok today, i've been doing alot of washing for going on holiday next week, crisis clean going ok, gotta do bedrooms tomorrow. sink is still shiney. woo!

I had a relax in a (clean)hot bath for a bit which helped.
