AKA 'Oh yikes, a new thread cometh...'

I Freak, do solemnly swear to post regularly on the new thread so as to avoid an unseasonal title.

someone has sneaked into my room in the night and drilled holes in my head so that everything leaks out. Then they cleverly plug 'em up. so I don't notice.
That is the only possibility. I need a power up, re booting and a few more gigs.

I am just lacking.

I fell down the stairs yesterday second time in three weeks. Exact same place and bashed all the same bits of my body but this time smacked the back of my head and think I might be slightly concussed as I feel mighty weird. Even just chewing food my whole head is kind of inwardly vibrating and making my eyes go a bit funny. Yesterday just put it down to the fall and the shock and the pain, but today seems more specific to my head. Not sure there is much I can do about it. Thank goodness DH was here to help me (unfortunately I slightly took him out on the way down though!)

Supposed to be out tonight for girly book club (ie. wine and pizza) and have been soooo looking forward to it, but might not be the best idea. . I so rarely go out that it is typical I feel unwell for my one and only social occasion this month!

I am fairly sure I know why I am falling and I need to see the doctor so have booked an appointment.

So, yesterday was not too productive, but I have at least listed half my ebay pile (alleluyah) and have bids in on several items so $$$$£££$$$ please this time next week!

So today is simply:

• Do some ironing
• Basic tidy up
• have a rest
• Collect DC

I've completed a module and a half of course today, despite cbeebies trying to drown out concentration. DS still poorly, is now asleep on sofa.

Well, I never did my ironing, just pratted about. I should have actually gone to bed for an hour, but I didn't... amazing where the time goes??

Got a bit obsessive about bids on the items I am selling... It's going well, already at £65 worth of guaranteed sold and stuff has only been on one day. Masses of watchers on some items so suspect it should tick up nicely between now and Sunday! (here's hoping anyway!)

Oh but on the upside wc nan waved madly at me out of her window this morning so I assume she is speaking to me again now. I've noticed he isn't staying there now so maybe he and gf are back together. Don't really care tbh (but am a bit nosy so kind of want to know!)

Oh Freaki it is sooo natural to be nosy, even when you (hopefully?) don't care! I would be exactly the same.

I'm not doing much today, still listing (slowly) on ebay (£90 definitely sold at the last look.... 3 days to go for my first batch of stuff..... ) and just doing bare minimum to not live in a hovel. About to do some ironing whilst watching something rubbish I've recorded on Sky Plus!

Then off to watch DS swim, come home, DD going out, so just me and DS time which is nice.

Just realised looking at the calendar that it is our wedding anniversary on Monday. Apparently 13 years is "lace" as the traditional gift.... not going to let on to DH though.

We won't go out, I don't think, but I am rather partial to pushing the boat out for a seriously nice steak and bottle of red wine instead!

Well he is either back with the gf or with someone else so I'm just curious to know which. Especially given the level of anger he has directed towards me "for ruining his life". Either way, I clearly haven't. But no, I really don't care this time, think beofre I've always thought of him as a lovely person who was just confused or made a mistake or whatever but have seen true colours now and am so so thankful I never got more involved with him than I did.

JKS - ditto re the moving things around. I tend to do a quick fire when i get home from school, just "moving" things back to their right rooms/washing into the basket or whatever. I then seem to do the same thing again at least twice more during the day!!!!! Oh well.

My ebaying is coming on a treat - almost at £100 and some woman from the USA is going to get up at 4am on Sunday to bid on one of my teddies. Or so she tells me!!! Grief. . As long as she bids LOTS OF DOSH I don't care! It's free listing this weekend, so the second half i was going to list today I can get ready and list tomorrow.....

Found out that DS is singing a solo in the Christmas Play . I am already quite concerned about how much I will blub, and believe you me when I say I cannot cry quietly!!!!!
