15 years ago - Aperol spritz! It’s common now, but I remember being captivated by the “sunset in a glass” cocktail all the Italians were drinking in Sorrento in 2010

Soumatha, a Greek almond drink - am also partial to mastika in liqueur form, although it's definitely an acquired taste (made from pine resin). There's a kind of soft scoop version they sell in supermarkets there which they sometimes have on a spoon in cocktails which I also love.

First tried it on holiday in Cyprus and now I order it if it’s ever on the menu at a Mediterranean restaurant
