I have been up since 6. Set the alarm to go for a hike in the morning sunshine. When I got to the meadows, a hot air balloon was being inflated which was just so serene and beautiful. Hiked for an hour and then had a scramble on some local rocks and the view from them is breathtaking.

Ambled back down to the village for a sausage and bacon cob and a cup of sweet tea at a little cafe .

How chilled am I?

Have just returned from my Sunday Stomp class. I am proper good girl and will now scoff look at the big bag of Revells that I put are in the cupboard.

Have been awake since 4 in the tent as was verrrrrrry uncomfortable and airbed making me seasick. So now it feels like mid-afternoon already.

DS2 has had a painting of his put into a "Walking Gallery" in Framlingham so will go and coo over that this aft.

So, oh wise and beautiful ones, if I needed/wanted to shift about 10lbs quite quickly what would you recommend (that doesn't involve exercise)? I'm thinking of cutting out bread/pasta/cake/pastry and stuffing my face with salad and steak/chicken etc.

Or I could do the Mouseface diet?
