yeah for junior.

Sorry for all those with DC worries. VInny - even if Finnster is little he is film star gorgeous so the girls will still swoon.

I agree that life is one big worry with DC's! Does it ever end? I do feel like I had mega doses of it with my dodgy pregnancies - I'm still amazed that DD is the gorgeous, scrumptious butterball that she is. I was filled with such terror throughout most of my pregnancy I was convinced that she would be born full of some sort of stress hormone!

Lizzy - you will do it! As SAF says...the promise of the blissful 6 day week of eating ANYTHING is so wonderful. I do hope it's not a big fat french lie!

I've just stuffed my face with (lean) burgers. Yum. And I'm having my forbidden glass of wine. I am looking forward to some fat free vanilla yoghurt

Jet - glad junior did ok. Sounds like she will do well long term if she is so determined.

Hells - hello

I have child to HE so wont be around much atm.

TotalChaos · 19/06/2010 19:19

have you pulled him from school, DEM?

jet - glad the paper round went well, well done to her for her hardworking attitude.

TotalChaos · 19/06/2010 19:24

ps jet - re:small kids - my friend has 2 v small kids, off bottom of charts etc - they have had referrals, blood tests etc that have come up with nothing, just obviously my friend breeds small kids, so to speak! try not to worry, as SAF says, you can't stretch her can you! Had a surreal convo with GP earlier in week- GP asks me if I think DS's height/weight is normal for his age - thought that was her job - I say that DS is average weight, below average height - GP takes one look at me and DH (I dragged DH along for moral support) and says - yes, that figures, looking at you two(!) - I'm abuot 5ft 3, DH about 5ft 7!

Nope total - unfortunately being the summer term and reception they are winding down the educational input they are giving at school and the current topic is ds' obsession so the teacher's eyes glaze over when he talks. So he is not getting enough to challenge his brain at school so he is driving me mad at home with a need for input. So it is just top up HE to stop me killing him. he has chosen plants as his topic. SO it has been flowering vs non flowering. Asexual vs sexual reproduction of plants. It is challenging as half the stuff he is doing is very advanced and he has the attention span of a flea cos he hasnt been stimulated enough for the last week Googling non flowering plants atm whilst he speaks to his dad.

I am juat thankful for the world of enchanted learning which for about £15/year means that all i have to do is hit print and try to avoid the americanisms! I have just browsed their plant section and i think i am going to renew my membership.
