Evening!

Thanks Vinny. It is beautiful. Doesn?t matter how many times I?ve been there, it?s just joyous.

Bella, I?m so excited for you all! Hope you're all enjoying it.

Glad Eleanor had a fab hen do, her gloriousness deserves it.

Mouse, aw, the peonies sound lovely! What a lovely DH. And that sounds like a fab weekend you?ve got planned.

Jet at Trofast. Hope the paeds can give you an answer on Mini?s height. The graphs are just averages, and no-one is actually average.
Well done Junior on her paper round, that is brilliant.

Double, glad the ulcer?s improving. Fuck off ulcer!

Crikey DEM! Clever little fellow you?ve got there. Sounds exhausting though, bless you.

SAF, I was put off Morocco by that episode of Ab Fab.

Well, we're back in good old Yorkshire.
Had a good drive, apart from DS being sick about 20 mins before we got home. Had to pull over and clean up.
Thankfully none of it got on the hire car.

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/06/2010 21:35

Evening

Only scanned throough so apologies if missed anything major

Lizzy - we have alpaca's at the end of our drive & I took a pic especially for you

Double - very to hear about your dog. I can't understand how people can nick something which is clearly loved by a family

Fanny - enjoy your evening and glad DS had a nice day. Shame about the hat though

DEM - you are doing so well keeping up with DS. I think i would stand there with my head in my hands looking like

SAF - I went to Morocco with DD1 when she was 1. Loved it in Marrakech but with a toddler think i would go to Essauoria (sp?)

Well done Hells/Lizzy/SAF & other Dukanners, i am watching with interest......

Nice day here, although more sun would have been nice. Went to village fete, messed around at home, long soak in the bath and curry. Happy days

Mouseface · 19/06/2010 21:37

Good evening fine ladies, tis me, Mouseface.

Okay. After Doubles request, I have decided to open a workshop for those of you/us who need to let it all the hell out!!

Lesson one is right now and goes as follows:

Repeat after me - "Fuck the fuckity fuck off you fuckity fucker"

Use as needed but beware, this phrase may cause offence so make sure it bloody well does!!!

How are we all? I'm not going to talk about watching your ill child because it's Saturday night and I have spent far too long already watching my child fight for his tiny little life over and over again.

We've just had rump steak and we have strawberry meringue nests to come - YUMMY!!

Jet - is junior asleep yet due to excitement/ exhaustion????

SAF - never been but you know? I fancy it....

Welcome home wasting.

ds has finally gone to bed. He has accidentally moved himself up a reading level. (book in wrong level box) but he seems to be coping with it even if it takes longer to read because there are more words and less spacing.

I am just glad he is a science geek as it means I stand a chance. If he had been language gifted i would have been stuffed.

I am in the process of decluttering and packing. I have decided that as i intend to move I will pack what i am not using away in preparation. Hopefully it will mean i can get to grips with what is causing the clutter. Especially as i am working on the finishing off of ufo's in the same go. Stools are now primed and awaiting their top coat - which will get done tomo. climbing frame to sand and paint tomo. Then ladder to reattach on monday. And that is the addition to rediscovering the lounge from under the return from hol/ds being a child clutter.

Too chicken for anywhere hot. dont like the heat. And dont like meds or injections.

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/06/2010 21:55

LOL Wasting about the Abfab episode. we watched it specially before we went

SAF - they LOVE children so i think you would be fine. Just that Marrakech is SO frantic i would have been worried about a toddler running off in the Souks and getting lost. We only travelled up into the Atlas mountains by taxi (which was cheap) so not sure about transport, but i'm sure you'd work it out. Weather in October when we went was perfect

Thanks for the lesson Mouse . Very of strawberry meringues

DidEinsteinsMum · 19/06/2010 21:58

have you got a child friendly version of that mouse?

Mouseface · 19/06/2010 22:05

Yes DEM, hello BTW, it's -

"Stop it now you silly McSilly pants".

Tee hee!! xx

DidEinsteinsMum · 19/06/2010 22:09

Oh lord, can just hear the smart arse comments that will be returned.

how is ds? is he less sicky? Any joy with the hospital?

Back and have eaten supper of lemon sole, new potatoes and samphire. Mr Fellowes was charming and his wife VERY glam.

DEM good luck with the HE, sounds like your DS is very motivated to learn which is a good thing. Look out for science fairs to take him too.

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/06/2010 22:15

SAF - we flew Luton-Marrakech with Ryanair from memory. Was pretty reasonable IIRC, about £110 each, although 6am i think. And yes, nice short flight

wastingaway · 19/06/2010 22:15

Like your plan DEM, it's amazing how much stuff one can do without.
I'm looking forward to constructing a tremendous list now I'm back.

DidEinsteinsMum · 19/06/2010 22:19

they virtually know us by name in the local science museums five
It have never been a problem to motivate him, it has been a problem in slowing him down enough to be a child

Not sure I am doing a very good job at the declutter though but at least the rubbish will be culled.

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/06/2010 22:23

Looking at Ryanair, you can get £54 flight out on 4 Oct (no taxes for some reason) for the two of you and about £120 flights back in early Nov

TitchWillDoIt · 19/06/2010 22:24

Tis me Fanny, flirting with a name change.

DidEinsteinsMum · 19/06/2010 22:29

Sorry, but as i need to be uber mum again tomo I am bailing and going to bed. Night all!

TitchWillDoIt · 19/06/2010 22:30

Mouseface · 19/06/2010 22:32

DEM - that's where I've just been....... sorry I vanished, no better re the vomits so far.

Videoing his pukes for them and hopefully, we'll get some sort of a plan............
