Hells - sorry for telling Lizzy to have a day off, clearly I have no idea how this all works.

SAF - I'd struggle to not drink at all for a number of days but would if I had to and probably should.......... Can you have sprits after/during the attack phase? I can do without wine but like an ice cold vody of an evening.

I am so bored.

DD is asleep, DS is watching telly, DH is at work and I am bored.

I don't even have anything to clean!

Mouseface · 19/06/2010 14:30

Hmm, this diet is more appealing each day I read all of your posts.

SAF - I hate calorie counting and I hate the thought of piling weight back on again......

What's it called again? May have to give it a whirl.....

Lizzylou · 19/06/2010 14:31

I don't do eggs SAF, my worst nightmare is hardboiled egg...
Well almost

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 19/06/2010 14:34

Can't you take one of the galettes with you lizzy, have it like a wrap with ham or prawns?

I've not started yet so I don't know how well they would travel.

Mouse - here

How relable are the book people website bitter?

I like the look of the cook yourself thin book. Its hard to do 2 lots of meals here so i need to do something which will work around the allergies and both of us. Personally i am going to go back to the duvet diet. Sleep is definetly my problem.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 19/06/2010 14:43

I love the book people DEM.

The delivery sometimes takes 4 or 5 days but they are so cheap i don't mind - really good for boxsets for DS.

There ias usually a free delivery code knocking about too.

Double - Galette is a pancake made with oatbran.

I'm getting more and more excited about shedding pounds and eating lots of steak and fish!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 19/06/2010 14:50

And DS has just tried to set fire to the sofa.

Mouseface · 19/06/2010 14:56

Bitter - thank you. I shall do some homework and make sure that I will actually be able to do this (DS v's time to prep/cook/not stuff my face with the first available crap)

SAf - tis lovely here, all warm and hazy sun.
