This is our 50000 (or summat like that) thread.

Some of us do wW, some do the Lord Ford and there may even be a little bit of South Beach in here too!

If you have loads or a teeny tiny bit of weight to lose or even if you just want to eat healthy then this could be the thread for you.

Jackdaws are nesting in one chimney but decided to come down the other one. Luckily cleaners had shut the sitting room door or they'd have been all over the house. Horrid though and I am terribly bird phobic!

Villa was just a bit grotty - not clean enough - high chair utterly filthy, poor quality stuff and dishwasher didn't work. I have sent a long email complaining as it was not cheap. Worked out could have stayed at 5 star hotel for pretty much the same amount.

Also have gone off self-catering holidays - its just too much work. Although 3 dc's is pretty hard work too - so look back on the days when all I used to do on holiday was read/sunbathe/drink/flirt - god those were the days .

I've got no tan as in shade all the time with baby.

God I'm a grumpy cow - I blame the hideous hayfever!

Crispy - have you found a job or are you enjoying your gardening leave?

Bella - did I read you're at your goal weight? Well done.

SAF - hows tricks - are things looking a bit brighter?

SAF, was one of the reasons we moved here as everyone in the hamlet seemed to know each other really well. As you and Double were saying the other day though, has downsides in that there are no other young children here so DD's have no close friends (location wise) and we live 100 miles from old friends and family. Swings and roundabouts i guess

Tracey, sounds like 5 star all the way for you next time

Thanks Bella

Right off to light BBQ (as i am SO much better at it than DH) and then start on the Pimms and trash the diet. Enjoy your evenings ladies

Ugh, am full.
Will be mainly drinking wine and watching Taken on DVD this eve.

Hope you all have great Saturday nights

Iggisfulloftayto · 05/06/2010 20:58

Are we all barbequeing tonight?
My lovely neighbours gave me a glass of wine this afternoon, while preparing for their bbq. They lit the coals, the rain fall down..
Have had lovely day, though have been bad mother (again) and DS is all hot and probably a bit burned and won't go to sleep.

bellavita · 05/06/2010 21:16

Baileys over rocks for me - no BBQ either.

Yay for salad staying put!

I am tired too Double, think it is a mixture of the warm weather and alcohol.

Evening lovely ladies....

It's a bit stormy here... dark but HOT!!

Bella - thank you for asking he is ok, still at home thank God. Still being sick though..... But not as bad as yesterday! Asleep now so will pop off to hook him up again soon. How are you?

Double - footballer is your fook buddy and they are just wonderful!! I loved them in my pre DH days... no ties, just as and when.

2 days left 'til I lose my dryer and washer. Kitchen hell re-vamp starts Monday. Help! Can you do some washing for me please ladies??!!!

I have bought a gun. I am going to sit in my front garden and shoot the fookers with ANY England flags sprouting from their cars that drive by!!

God Damn Them!!! Why do they do it??!!!! So chavvy??!!

Or am I a total snob , sorry if I am.

And..... shhh, TMI alert.

Mr Mouse and I had sex last night too. It's hard (pardon the pun) with my rubbish hips to get any kind of regularity but we managed to get into a great position last night and WOW!!! I'm still shaking!

How are we all?

Jet - how's junior?

Iggisfulloftayto · 05/06/2010 21:39

Oh I'm sorry, that's not nice. You dosed up on relevant medicine?

Mouseface · 05/06/2010 21:41

Oh, Double. Just saw you haven't eaten! Poor you, still no better?

What can you/docs do?

at Mouse's sex fest!

You must be exhausted all the time Mouse with everything going on. Is DD going to secondary school in September?

Evening all.

I have had a fun day.

Though truly horrifying was the revolting and bizarre hairdo I saw on an old lady in M&S.
Basically a bum length flat matted dread of grey hair, only the very top of her head was mostly bald. And it smelled. Other than the hair she looked quite normal and clean.

On a positive note, I had £13 left on M&S vouchers and decided that I'd like to spend it on lovely food. I picked lots of lovely food and it came to £12.90. Crayfish and mango salad for lunch, yu-mmy.

Then we had a grand afternoon in the garden, paddling pool, football, watering the plants.

I'm just chilling out while DH is at work this evening, with a nice smelly candle, and m going to find me an alcoholic beverage momentarily.

Crispy, hope the bbq is good, I'd love to have neighbours like that.

Jet, hope you enjoy the walk tomorrow, sounds like it will be great fun.

Tracey, How long do you think they'd been in there?

Lizzy and Bella, I have taken a long time catching up as I've also been looking at Boden trousers and Scholl sandals.

The style I'd like is a sort of librarian/primary school teacher chic. Rather than the poor drama student I remain in spirit.

DreamsInBinary · 05/06/2010 21:47

Wa-ha-hay Mouse

DreamsInBinary · 05/06/2010 21:51

Sazz - happy spontanaeity again

Tracey - welcome back! Glad you enjoyed your hols but how annoying about the villa.

Wasting - yum

Bella - are ou converting the whole thread to Baileys?

Mouseface · 05/06/2010 21:52

Bella - yes, she's really excited/nervous all at the same time!! It's few and far between, the old bed sheet shuffle so I have to make the most of it!!

Wasting - sounds like you had a FAB day!! Yay for you.

Bless you - Double. It must be hard for you. I wish I had a magic wand some days, I'd share it all around, I promise.

wastingaway · 05/06/2010 21:54

I noted yesterday that the car that sped through a red light at the roundabout had two England flags.

Mouse, glad DS is still home a little improved. Really hope the consultant has some suggestions for you.
And yay for awesome sex!

DIB, I'm in Wales for a fortnight from Monday.
Hopefully, we'll be out of the tournament before I come back.
