Some of us do wW, some do the Lord Ford and there may even be a little bit of South Beach in here too!

Day spent in the garden although rather too overcast for my liking. We are having an impromptu BBQ with 3 sets of neighbours once the DDs are in bed 39 mins and counting)

Have made 3 salads

at the house price crash defluff - good job we are all council round here - as the amount of flags is ridiculous!

Am back from sunny majorca where we had a good holiday despite villa being very disappointing. But came back and found 2 jackdaws in sitting room - hideous mess - so have spent today cleaning room and washing every single sofa and cushion cover. Rug has got to be thrown though.

Have also gained about 3lbs so need to diet.

Am vicariously excited about your meet-up - have you all got outfits planned?

I have made spicy beanburgers tonight - which are low in fat and rather tasty.

Bella, can you post the recipe for the beanburgers on the other thread? I love them but never managed to make a good one

We have not been shopping for the BBQ so have a very interesting combo of foods to go with the cumberland sausage & burgers - thai noodle salad, puy lentil and roasted veg salad and spicy chickpea and yoghurt . Bet you all want to come now eh? NOT

thanks for the calming words re the race for life, i am strangely looking forward to it, it is a lovely walk along the sea front - i used to do it all the time when i lived down on the marina. Plus, having the pushchair means starting at the back - which is good. There is no way i could do this without the girls, so was panicking slightly
