Spring is in the air and we are still here, on our 62nd (?) thread for healthy eating, chat, and of course the cult mascot (what better to put you off your food?).

The aim of the game is to post a lot, eat slightly better than before, and enjoy life.

Mitts - I find if I'm feeling spacey before getting a migraine it helps to have something really sugary - full fat coke is the best thing IME - and take some tablets. If I do this I find I sometimes can bypass the migraine completely.

Fanny - glad your purse turned up.

DEM hope the wrist is completely healed soon

I'm off to get ready to work, but will catch up this evening when I get in.

Sazz, I have since done a bit of tidying in the lounge, but that is it for now. My Mom is such a clean freak, house is always immaculate, it skipped me did the cleanfreak gene.

I have taken some tablets as yes. Pre migraine symptoms do occur.. as much behaviour as physical. And I am going to have something sweet.

I wasn't personally on the radio... they were having a chat about what to put down on your bathroom floor.. He is so silly, I texted to say we had Astro turf, and he read it out but didn't believe me.... . It is really practical actually and makes me smile. I shall astro turf a spare room to space hop in and 'paper' the walls in fur......

Most people jump in my loo because I have a speaker wired up in there as well so you get musack whilst you perform.....

wrist better then it was, still a fraction sore but i suspect back to normal tomo. My legs ache more though. I will be going to bed early tonight. SOmeone remind me later. I need the sleep.

Anyone got a cure for cba, i am almost falling asleep already. Very glad ds is so self sufficient. Although it is a mixed blessing.

Am bloody starving - we are having chicken curry - mine with a huge plateful of salad - I tell ya when you meet me, I will have turned into a lettuce . Have just chucked a laughing cow light triangle down my neck . DH has gone to do DS2's parent evening thing.. when I arranged it I thought we were all working etc etc so I did it for 5.40 and of course it turns out me & DH are on holiday .
