Spring is in the air and we are still here, on our 62nd (?) thread for healthy eating, chat, and of course the cult mascot (what better to put you off your food?).

The aim of the game is to post a lot, eat slightly better than before, and enjoy life.

I'd take you all to bed but I can't easily get my laptop on the top floor without a hassle. So I shall leave you to natter...I always miss the night time Goss but I have to manage my Fibromyalgia with ample sleep or everything goes mammaries up. I couldn't hold the switch down on the mower for longer than a couple of minutes at a time so I know it is lurking. That'll teach me to over do it.
