DEM - Have loads of scrap fabric so as soon as I find the time I will have a play!

I was thinking the same re: lengthening over taking in.

At the moment bless her, she wears all her dresses as tunic tops over leggings. She is 15m and wears 6/9m 9-12m tops. 12-18m Trousers fit her length ways but are massive at the waist.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 06/04/2010 12:54

Hello Saf, don't believe we've met! I'm a relative newbie.

TrillianAstra · 06/04/2010 12:56

Hello hello - winter in the sun, that sounds nice, where were you?

DidEinsteinsMum · 06/04/2010 12:56

erm, things have slipped a bit since you were gone. Syc left us, jaq has mostly left. We have had highs, lows, babies and craziness. at superb weight loss.

DidEinsteinsMum · 06/04/2010 13:08

DidEinsteinsMum · 06/04/2010 13:17

Someone fancy lending me some spare energy and an internet connection that works properally

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 06/04/2010 13:33

I love my D&V bug!! (Well, not really, but you know!)

I have lost 4lb! I am down to.....[drum roll]

Nine and a half stone! Yay!!

Shiney, I am hoping to get some cleaning done today but I'm back at work for the first time tonight since MIL died and really need to catch up on some paperwork. Plus I suffer from regular bouts of that bone disease, you know the one - bone idle.

(Plus I seem to be suffering fom an excess of !! today - I promise I won't make a habit of it.)

jetcat · 06/04/2010 13:37

hi SAF - nice to see you

Thanks for all my lovely happy birthday messages, i am feeling very spoiled

I have just finished papering one bedroom, looks a bit but should be ok when i dries Then need to find a nice off white to match a pink gingham wallpaper i have. Mini was very good at helping, her job was the seam rolling - all the seams are perfect up to about 2ft each - she couldnt reach any higher

hello SAF - I'm a relative newbie but nice to meet you!

Shiney - where do you get your energy from? You always manage to 'get stuff done'!

I have to leave work in a little to take DD to get her jabs. So she'll see me for about 15 minutes during which time someone will cause her pain and then I have to go back to work . Great.

B&T - glad there is an upside!

Jet - well done on the wallpapering.

DEM - give yourself a little space. You've just made a big decision. Give yourself a day or two to process all that.

MyCatIsABastard · 06/04/2010 14:12

Afternoon ladies

Hello SAF.

Just taken DS to nursery for a couple of hrs and he was smiling and laughing when I left him. Come to think of it DD practically ran in this morning too... methinks my DC are needing a break from mummy as well as mummy needing a break from them.

jet, your wallpapering on your birthday? It's the only day in the year when I do nothing at all. Pink gingham sounds pretty.

Hi Sazz, that's a pain the arse, both with work and the bank. I hope you manage to run or swim off the anger this pm.

I'm just ignoring the work I really really need to do. Again.

THink I'll go get a coffee and see if that will get me motivated.

I've had 13pts today so far but have walked for 45mins and have another 25 min walk to come so that should alow me to have my pasta with Salmon tonight and save some points still .

Lizzylou · 06/04/2010 14:49

Hey SAF, nice to see you.

Mycat, glad that your DS is happy at nursery, will sponsor you next week when have some funds again!

Sazz, sounds like you need a kickboxing session! Hope you get all bank/work stuff sorted.

Jet, what are doing decorating on your birthday??? Hope you're enjoying yourself, anyway

OOh, do we think Iggi is married now? How exciting.

Boys were funny in the park, it was blooming windy though, v cold.

Gym tonight, lots of people commented on me looking trim this weekend (but they are related to me, so being prob just being kind), so since Christmas have definitely made a difference, just got to keep at it and lose some more.

Hello ladies

Jet - Happy Birthday!!!

Iggi - good luck with today!

Sazz - twats the lot of them

Trills - i'm sure you wouldn't have called DD lovely if she had wiped her marshmallow on a stick onto you

Shopping trip was a bit rubbish (apart from meeting up with the lovely Miss Trills) as i couldn't find a bump support thingy anywhere, but made up for it slightly with overspending on DD in JL. To be fair, she was so pleased with her dancing clothes and shoes that she carried the bag all the way home and is now wearing the whole outfit Very cute.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 06/04/2010 15:11

Right, I am off to blitz the house, finish my paperwork and then go to work. Hope you all have a lovely afternoon/evening and I will try and check in with you later.

TrillianAstra · 06/04/2010 15:15

You're right Alice, she very kindly kept the goo away from me!

MyCatIsABastard · 06/04/2010 15:15

Yes SAF, mine, in particular my mum, say they think I am doing really well, then bring cakes and chocolate and all sorts of crap to me.

Alice, I got my bump support from mothercare. It was only £10 and it did ride down a bit but it was better than nothing. SPD was quite sore at the end. I'm pretty sure though though that I have seen them online. I;ll have a look.

here you go for the bump support Hope the link works (they aren't at the moment). If not, copy and paste the address below into your internet adress thingy.
