Shiney is our leader, but all creeds are welcome here, from the -50lbs club (whoop whoop!) to those who would like to lose 50lbs, to those who would fade awya if they lost 50lbs and just want to eat more healthily and/or chat about cock.

Oooh.. I want to cook for someone wearing just a pair of shoes (but we all know my penchant for taking my clothes off lol...I promise to be good for the girly night out!! )

DS and his Dad have fallen out... I might not be going out yet.

I have sung in choirs and at a folk club hells, would love to join something but don't have time for everything I want to do.

Just sit in the cake mix BoF.... DP won't notice if it slightly wrong then and think about much fun you will have eating it...

Great party,my dd is wired to the moon but had a lovely time.
Party was supposed to finish at 3 but have only just got rid of the stragglers. Didnt know a lot of the children/parents very well and am really suprised that people drop off early and pick up late...is this common??
Luckily I'm not easily offended [ grin]
Had some pizza and cake and am picking at liquorice allsorts.
Delighted I can still do somersaults.I want to keep the castle,great exercise.

well...if they arrive a day early and pick up a day late, they might be taking advantage a little but I think people see parties as childcare these days.......

Have just had to ask DH to pull the oven tray out whilst at the same time hold on to the cake so I could have a look at it. Just keeping my fingers crossed. I have had to turn the oven down greatly as mine is a fan one and cooks things far too quickly. Have tested with a skewer and we are nearly there >

Lasagne is now in the oven (not the same one as the cake, otherwise it would take forever to cook on 125 degrees).

We are all domestic goddesses today - I told you there was bread making going on, DP did the muscle work.

Well, DD and i made rock buns and chocolate crispy easter nests

oh goodness - I'm literally salivating. Too much delicious stuff going on. Nothing 'domestic goddess like' happening here (though may get a thai takeaway later )

Bella - I've got a kitchenaid and use it all the time - the dough hook is brilliant for pastry and bread too. With all the baking you do it would be a good investment

BOF - that cake looks delicious - I've often thought of making it. I've made the light chocolate cake today which uses butternut squash - looks lovely.

In-laws coming tomorrow and arriving earlier than expected so may get them to take boys to local national trust place tomorrow.

Oh and I'm currently maintaining weight - another couple of pounds going would be fine but not really necessary.

My cake's chilling in the fridge now. I am chilling on the sofa and expecting a reward for my domestic goddessiness later

Bella, my baking has been confined to cupcakes, but I am planning some shortbread biscuits soon.
For daffodil cupcakes I've made the rosewater cupcakes and bright yellow icing.

I've also got pizza dough in the breadmaker atm.
