hello shiney!

Norma are ww sausages nice? I would love you to say now that 'yes they are, you really can't tell the difference between them and normal ones!'

hellsbelles · 03/03/2010 19:58

oops - just realised what you posted shiney. shall have to go see about those lifelines (I was secretly thinking you'd gone a bit weird until I worked it out!)

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/03/2010 20:00

I have just had my brain blended by a call from the bank .... It took 40 mins and I cleaned the hall walls whilst he was waffling talking..

I am so pleased Bella, about the bike, maybe DS will have learnt a little lesson from the stress of it happening.

Hey Shiney...glad you are back in your rightful place.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/03/2010 20:02

Ooooohhh.. Shiney WW sausages are really lovely and you really can't tell much difference from the real thing...

hellsbelles · 03/03/2010 20:05

mitts - I'm the one that wanted to hear that

Do you think banks take courses on how to prolong a call for as long as possible? 40 mins is horrid. Poor you!

doubleinstructions · 03/03/2010 20:05

Thanks Lizzy for suggestions.
Have huge Tescos not far...should stock on bits and pieces for things like this.
No Asda, gawd I miss Asda. I always go on a supermarket crawl when I visit UK.
Just watched Nigel Slater, big mistake as now I want to eat.

NormaSknockers · 03/03/2010 20:06

Hells actually yes they're really yummy, honestly I would recommend them as they really are tasty!

Ooo ooooo Shiney which one, which one??

Fleecy · 03/03/2010 20:11

Hello all, did a big old post yesterday popping in between mad bouts of work but lost it.

Hells - you asked what I specialise in. Financial services and web copy (not necessary both together). I worked at the same place as Choogirl for a while 'tho not sure our paths crossed. What is it that you do?

Am confused by all this talk of sausages but get the lifelines thing.

Have been very good these last couple of days but my Dad is having his prostate removed tomorrow so am a bit nervous for him and comfort eating biscuits. Not sure why!

Alice - glad to hear all is well

bellavita · 03/03/2010 20:14

Hello

Trying to watch Masterchef (one of my fave programmes and mn at the same time)

Cupcakes are done and the DS's havee already dug in!

I didn't know you could get ww sausages, will have a look when I do my shopping on Friday.

I hate cold calls Mitts. I really have no patience to deal with them.

hellsbelles · 03/03/2010 20:16

at fleecy - sausages is not a secret code. I just wanted to hear that Weight Watchers ones are as nice as normal ones...and now Norma and mitts have confirmed I shall try them!

I used to work for a B2C financial newsletter publisher. We tended to use very American style long copy rather than the traditional stuff - but I did work directly with a lot of the copywriters and now I've checked your profile picture I'm pretty sure we haven't worked together.

Norma just check out where Shiney has been visiting recently

hellsbelles · 03/03/2010 20:18

have to go watch 24 again...see you all later

bellavita · 03/03/2010 20:18

Fleecy, fingers crossed that everything goes ok for your dad tomorrow x

NormaSknockers · 03/03/2010 20:18

I got them in Tesco Bella, I haven't seen them anywhere else though They're only 1.5 points each so a handy 1 point saving & they really are tasty!

Lizzylou · 03/03/2010 20:25

DH has just got home and said the Gruffalo cake is the best cake he has ever seen! I love him sooo much, never mind spinning or sex drought
Pic is on FB, don't drag me down now, I know people are only being nice as they are shocked I even bothered.........

Who is the T R O L L Shiney?

NormaSknockers · 03/03/2010 20:39

Hope everything goes well for your dad tomorrow Fleecey

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/03/2010 20:42

I was misinformed about something by the bank on a number of a occassions and to be fair the guy was trying to do his best to rectify it but I hate modern banking, especially with the H S B C. If you go in our local branch they refer you to another one or internet banking or the phone, and they in turn recommend you speak to your local branch.

The guy trawled through my records to find the faults and give me a reference number though so he gets a few brownie points.

I am tired. I have put the electric blanket on for my back and am going to say goodnight to all xx

bellavita · 03/03/2010 20:45

Shiney - I think you were right to offer that lifeline

NormaSknockers · 03/03/2010 21:09

I'm currently trying to hold my eyelids open so I'm off to bed - I'm so rock 'n' roll me

Night all!

hellsbelles · 03/03/2010 21:10

Bella - as my domestic goddess icon person which cookery programme do you reckon is the best for actually learning to cook? I used to watch Nigella (not the ones with teh camera work that made you feel sick) and Nigel Slater and of course Delia. Still haven't really got the hang of it though . Is there anyone you really rate?

bellavita · 03/03/2010 21:10

Hmmm Shiney, it is soooo like c v q!
