Welcom, welcome to the mumblemumble well, some large number thread for the healthy eating crew.

Shiney is our leader, but all creeds are welcome here, from the -50lbs club (whoop whoop!) to those who would like to lose 50lbs, to those who would fade awya if they lost 50lbs and just want to eat more healthily and/or chat about cock.

Does he get over to the UK much? I don't see any harm in what you are doing and is there any reason for him to lie about his status? If he syas he is separated there isn't any more to say really (unless later on you suspect he is married).

NormaSknockers · 28/02/2010 15:34

Urgh, Dh is, so far, an hour & a half late from work & expects to me be at least another half an hour or more. The DC are both whining, I have a headache & I have to go & stand in a bloody long queue in the rain at 4:30 to sort out DDs swimming lessons!

It's all gravy, get you being all hip & with it Shiney

Thank you for the soothing strokes, it is at times like this I loathe DHs job

TrillianAstra · 28/02/2010 15:46

Do you even like gravy Shiney?

Just eaten some lasagne, it's even nicer the next day

OP posts:
bellavita · 28/02/2010 15:55

It is nicer Trills, yum!

Aww Norma, poor you. When you get back, get your jammies on and have something nice like a low cal hot chocolate or summat.

I am so not hip and with it like Shiney, I have never even heard of the expression !

bellavita · 28/02/2010 15:58

Am I being rude here to ignore this request.... I have had a friend request through on fb and I know the person must be from mn because there are mutual friends, but she doesn't say who she is.

NormaSknockers · 28/02/2010 16:01

If you don't know who they are Bella then it's not rude to ignore! I ignore people if I don't know them even if they do have mutual friends.

Good plan Bella, I'm going to take my phone so I can least listen to music the queue is always out the door! I'd planned to go swimming first but DH won't be back in time

RedbinDippers · 28/02/2010 16:02

Just had loads of gravy with lunch.

bellavita · 28/02/2010 16:03

I have looked at the mutual friends and there is no one from here on the list so I think I am pretty certain it isn't anyone who is new on our thread.

NormaSknockers · 28/02/2010 16:10

Sounds like a safe bet to ignore them then Bella, you never can be to careful

Hi everyone... Shiney - don't knock mildly diverting flirting, its how I survive!! Enjoy it,you dont know he isnt seperated,as you say,its all gravy My dcs dont see their dads (or very rare for dd) so I dont have to put up with dcs staying elsewhere in situations Im not totally happy with but I do sympathise.
Thanks Sazzles,I need my own bouncy castle, might just hire one every weeks!!
MrsWobble-my DCs do my pilates with me,your yoga sounds great.
Bella - I would just ignore, they have the option of sending you a message when they request,so dont worry.
Got drenched at the park but glad we went out,now can have lazy afternoon.

RedbinDippers · 28/02/2010 16:37

Hi Shiney ,I'm surprised the name survived, it got kicked off the BBC. I just love Sunday gravy, followed by a nice kip.

NormaSknockers · 28/02/2010 16:40

What's a RedbinDippers?

RedbinDippers · 28/02/2010 16:42

It's Me

NormaSknockers · 28/02/2010 16:44

No, I meant what is it or does stand for something or just made up?

BitOfFun · 28/02/2010 16:44

Afternoon ladies- I haven't caught up yet, but this was my fun evening last night...

RedbinDippers · 28/02/2010 16:47

BOF ' you are very naughty girl. At least I change my name.

bellavita · 28/02/2010 16:56

BofF - what a nightmare for you. He did truly deserve the hangover from hell, shame he didn't get it!

TrillianAstra · 28/02/2010 17:06

No hangover? Cheeky bugger.

DreamsInBinary · 28/02/2010 17:17

What a pain in the arse, BoF. I didn't get hangovers until I hit 21 - simply had no idea of the "ooh, you'll pay for it in the morning" concept.

Shiney - at your update. At 12 I would have been mortified to sleep in full view in the living room. Pg at 15 is scary stuff, too.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 28/02/2010 17:18

OK Vaguely caught up.

Shiney - give taya the choice and back her up 100% whichever way she goes but suspect that she will not be going to stay at her fathers.

Bella - I always ignore frinds requests unless I know them in RL, have told them to do it or of course it is one of you lot.

DD had her second riding lesson today and was very good. Her teacher is also a TA at her new school and said that all the teachers will adore her as she has a bit of oomph about her, she just needs to concentrate a bit more . I can see it now the school reports, could do much better if she applies herself, just like her mother.

We had friends for lunch so we had what I call Italian beef stew and rosemary dumplings and they brought chocolate torte. All very nice.
