OK folks you know the drill, and if you dont pay attention:

We are a bunch of lovely ladies all shapes and size, here for chat, and moral support.

Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

HI Mrs Wobble, as I recall, your bags were fab that you made, please come back soon!

Tracey, you are teeny tiny now, you just need to maintain, not lose! Sods law the tables turn now!

Right, really am off to bed.
Am watching Relocation Relocation and feeling murderous rather than sexy, which is the mood I'd planned.......

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 20:39

Definitely doing that, Tracey! I'm really annoying myself!

Oh, and Lizzy, I'm not Yogini - hoping it's Squeezy...?

Welcome, Pamela

TrillianAstra · 17/02/2010 20:42

Hi Mrs Wobble.

I am having to sit on my hands - I have ordered a Tesco credit card that will give us lots of lovely clubcard points so I will not book a holiday until it arrives, but we have decided that we must go somewhere sunny this spring (yay!). We are not as poor as we think we are - it's the downside of having friends with well-paid city type jobs.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 17/02/2010 20:45

Mrs Wobble, good to see you, sounds like you are keeping busy, hope your plans come to fruition. Quick question are you veggie/meat/fish person.

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 20:49

I am a true omnivore, Fanny. Why?

DreamsInBinary · 17/02/2010 20:49

I thought Yogini was Luka?

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 20:50

Can I just say that I love my new name - I grin every time I see it

Seriously, though, isn't 'wobble' the best word in the world?

DidEinsteinsMum · 17/02/2010 20:54

Dibs you about on fb, would appreciate your opinion if you have time.

jaquelinehyde · 17/02/2010 21:08

MrsWobble good to see you about again, and I am loving the new name. I think it may be a keeper!

It is slow on here tonight, many people were illing for the past few days so may be tucked up in bed.

I'm off to bed now as well, my 3am drunken bedtime last night has well and truely caught up with me.

"...and she does have a lot of children."

Brilliant

ShowOfHands · 17/02/2010 21:11

doubleinstructions, I started out by doing interval training. You combine walking and running until you are running more than you are walking. And if you get your heartrate up by running and then slow your pace, your heart continues to work at a raised rate and burns fat. Try a bupa running programme. They are excellent and easy to start with. Manageable, easy to improve. Good bra, good trainers and you're away.

Wobble is good. Discombobulated is better.

Pound and a half is excellent and about right for a week. Good, sustainable weight loss.

DH is utterly embarrassed by the way.

Been for an hour long run, eaten chicken and veg, off to try and write some of my book before bed. Do not draw me in with chatter, I have fiction to contrive.

wastingaway · 17/02/2010 21:15

Evening all!

Hello Mrs. Wobble!

Well done on all the weight losses and smaller trousers.

Yogi AF non? Mentioned meet.

I've got my pantry tidied and will be ringing landlord and Transco in the morning. It really wasn't a mess at all, pretty full, but nothing was spilled.

DH has IBS due to stress, some new meds and a doctor's note til next Wednesday.
He's been proper poorly this evening as well.
It's his birthday on Saturday and he's going out round Shef on Friday with ver lads, hope he's feeling better. He's not looking forward to turning 30 28 as it is.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 17/02/2010 21:15

I'd like to go here would your parents have your DC's and then we could drag DH's along.

DidEinsteinsMum · 17/02/2010 21:16

soh it did make me laugh though. I imagined him very stoic (sp) and serious in that conversation with his office ear wigging and the madness of the request. I assume he knows not to take it too seriously

OP posts:
MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 21:17

But MrsDiscombobulated is a bit difficult to say - although just as amusing

DidEinsteinsMum · 17/02/2010 21:18

erm five who are you draggin out for child free meal. I have missed that bit and am confused.

Damm it i always seem confused on here.

OP posts:
MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 21:21

AF doesn't live anywhere near where Sazzles was going, wasting. Unless she was randomly visiting. Luka does, though.

Fanny - sounds fab but I think too expensive for us

But yes to my parents having the girls - I'm certain they wouldn't mind at all.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 17/02/2010 21:21

No our treat, we very rarely go out and always nice to meet new friends.

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 17/02/2010 21:26

OMG

Ummm...good manners...thank you!?

In that case, I shall make my parents have the girls
