Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

I think I preferred it when I thought 'cones' referred to ice cream cones. Seriously, how am I meant to sleep after reading that thread? Initially opened thinking, 'ooh I might have something to contribute if I namechange' but ended up wanting to bleach my eyeballs--very rare anything grosses me out that much.

Will proably get called names but did what concious felt i should and what i have been wishing to do for a while. will have to see what hq says.

right i might have to scuttle. am trely knackered and was hours age. At least my brain is at peace, and i am likely to sleep. still havent eaten so might have to find a bit of toast or something. I have no more to say about detective work. there is nothing more to be said. coincidences happen, and i am big enough to walk away run and hide. Am going to have to pretend to be super mum tomo as ds thinks i was going to bed at 8pm so will have had a good night's sleep.

If yo're going to spot the trolls it'd be better to do it on FB or generally off-board (or at least under another thread title, call it something v boring) as it would be a shame if this thread were reported and deleted for making accusations.

wasnt calling troll trills. just making point that there was information missing in a post that could lead to wrong conclusions. If i truely thought troll would report. search me if you think i am beinghypersensitive. you might find out why.

Sorry things went awry last night DEM... and that something seems to have touched a raw nerve. It takes you by surprise sometimes...

I did just want to say that yesterday was lovely and if I could have caught a later bus to spend another hour with you and DC, I would have happily done so. You are great company and what you have to say is interesting and I really enjoyed the science museum and hearing you talk about something which is obviously so close to your heart.

It made me smile that we both saw things differently from a scientific or artistic angle .

Having a lazy day,full house due to sleepover but weather is lovely,crisp and frosty so will take a stroll later with dcs to the woods. Air them out a bit.
No plans food wise,having been very good all week,no crisps or chocolate. Probably just the novelty??
