We are a bunch of lovely ladies all shapes and size, here for chat, and moral support.

Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

i am being kind to my stomach today after last night kerbab fiasco

I haven't got my i-phone yet.... DH was going to go and get it today for me but we are full of snow here. I was using DH's i-pod touch.

I bought some make-up yesterday and had a little make over in Debenhams - was nice. When DH got to the hotel he looked around our room and said where is all your shopping? I said I would have felt really guilty spending more of his money when he is buying me a phone that costs £450. I really was quite happy to window shop. I did actually buy a fab jacket and pair of boots last week anyway. I call the jacket my Planet of the Apes Jacket! It has woollen sleaves and then the back and front is like long fur. I was surprised that my Mum liked it when she saw it today!

Had a lovely time anyway and the hotel sent up to our room a selection of chocolates and fruit yesterday afternoon about 20 mins after I had checked in - which was lovely .

Ummm, not sure Trills.....

I asked if I could have a room upgrade and the receptionist said we were already in a deluxe room. I asked if we could have a club room (where you have access to the club lounge - free nibbles and stuff) she said they didn't have one available. So not sure if if I got the fruit and chocs because of that or if it is standard practice. However, to say that the hotel was 5*, there weren't any biscuits on the tea/coffee tray in the room which I thought was dead cheap! Had lovely bathrobes and slippers in the room and the maid had been before we got back and turned down our bed and plumped up our pillows and left chocolates on them too.

I have now beat my own record for the quickest essay ever 1500 words wrote from scratch since 8o'clock this morning However, i am now very much like this so am going to have a long soak in the bath before the girls come back at 5.

Hey all, have finally got rid of my hangover, drank loads, had lots of fun and even some dancing (I always think i can dance when I have had a few, my memories are telling me I really shouldn't dance ever at all).
Snow is melting but we have more to come, so car is on top road in preparation.

I have just taught DD to do a really good gurning face (works brilliantly as she has only 2 teeth). she has had us laughing for ages (but I suspect we may never be able to get her to stop now)

Lovely day here - went shopping with DD who slept and managed to get eyebrows threaded in Harvey Nichols and they look really good.

Bought some trousers in Zara and just eaten shepherds pie I made a couple of days ago.

We've never done a resort-type beach holiday before, so not sure if it's really our thing or not, but it'll be so lovely to be somewhere sunny and be in a swimming pool with a bar attached

I will probably come back very fat.

Friends who i went out with last night have just come back from a Caribbean cruise, i was very

All-inclusive, it's going to be fantastic. They have a gym, and ltos of pools, and I could just eat lovely fresh fruit for breakfast as you never want to eat much when it's hot

Not sure about diving (expensive and seems a bit of a faff to me) - will definitely do a bit of snorkelling though.
