OK folks you know the drill, and if you dont pay attention:

We are a bunch of lovely ladies all shapes and size, here for chat, and moral support.

Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

Ooh Trills that looks fab.
Warm, childfree, all inclusive, can I come too?
You'll have a fab time.

VinegarTits · 21/02/2010 18:19

Yes i told him we had other plans DIB, bit of a white lie, we actually had a snooze on the sofa, ds2 slept for 2 hours!

hellsbelles · 21/02/2010 18:24

Trills - very very I've always wanted to go Egypt. And so soon. You lucky lucky thing. Bet you have a wonderful time.

Mitts - they really are. I'm trying desperately to get all this to stick properly in my memory (never seem to have the video camera ready at the right time!) as I'm not going to have another and what they get up to at this age is so priceless.

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2010 18:27

Well done Vinny, I think he needs to earn your trust and respect again before he's allowed to take DS2 out.

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2010 18:28

It doesn' feel soon Hells, it's just under 2 months anyway - we've been waiting til DP has had his new job confirmed before we're allowed to book anything.

We've never really been the sorts to book a the next year's holiday the minute we get back from the last one.

traceybath · 21/02/2010 18:34

Looks lovely trills - lazing by a pool and reading a book is my idea of heaven.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 21/02/2010 18:36

DS said ''you get perved Mum 'cos you is trendy and hot''

(apparently that means people 'looking' at you)

His mate attacked me because DS had told him I go Kboxing and I floored him lol! This house is like bedlam some days.

Ooohh, That looks amazing Trills...can you bring me back one of those woven parasols? it is lush.

Hope aerobics is good DiB, I wish I did something on a sunday night. I will try to run again when the nights draw out as DD can cycle with me.

jetcat · 21/02/2010 19:02

ooh, that looks lovely Trills I bet you will have a lovely time

Mitts - lol at your DS

Tracey - i too like Zara, cant wait to do a proper clothes shop lol!

Well, ex has brought girls back, and just announce he has a new job at Nissan He gave up his last job to aviod paying child maintenence 18 months ago, so for the past few months i have been getting a fiver a week -which obviously goes far

he has now asked me though if we can go back to our own arrangment without involving the csa. After mini was born, he was supposed to be paying £10 per week for them both (the max i could get without it affecting benefits) but he very rarely paid, and it always resulted in a fight So i went to the csa. For the ten years prior to mini, when it was just junior, he never paid a penny.

So, i am not too sure how much wages he will be on at nissan, but i think it will be more than he was on at his last factory - where he was supposed to be paying £40 per week - hence he jacked his job in.

Half of me thinks i should say ok, and let him pay less than that, but the other half thinks no - he got away with paying for years He would still be left with a lot more than he is getting on JSA.

Someone tell me what to do

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2010 19:12

Do whatever will make your life easier Jet, don't worry about how it affects him - it's clear that he doesn't worry about how his decision affect you or the girls.

jetcat · 21/02/2010 19:17

you're right trills - but i guess you know how good i am at making decisions

My life would certainly be easier sticking with the csa, as they sort it all - the money goes to them and then they pay it to me. I just know i am going to be under a lot of pressure to withdraw the claim though

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2010 19:18

Stick with it then and be strong.

jetcat · 21/02/2010 19:22

thanks trills. are you busily buying new holiday clothes then?

VinegarTits · 21/02/2010 19:24

Stcik to your guns Jet, if it makes your life easier to go through the CSA then do it, dont let him pressure you into dropping the claim

jetcat · 21/02/2010 19:27

thanks Vinny. Glad you got your xfil sorted as well

hellsbelles · 21/02/2010 19:36

Jet - I agree with Trills and Vinny. If it makes it any easier - remember that you are doing this for mini and junior - so don't feel guilty in any way.

DH has just been on the phone to his mum. Apparently his DS's (soon to be ex) husband is now saying he wants to take on their house (that they bought together) 'as she won't be able to afford it on her own' (wtf does he expect her and the 3 DS's to do if he chucks them out?!) - we are going to help so he can't get away with it but so fecking pissed off that he is behaving so badly. How does he sleep at night?

Too many brackets - sorry - just annoyed that he has behaved like such a wanker. I somehow thought he would at least be honourable about the money side of things. I'm sure it's because he's pissed off that she has finally moved on and met someone else. He was the one that walked out but I really think he expected her to just sit and wait for him to come back.

VinegarTits · 21/02/2010 19:41

Hells, your DH's, mums, ds's, soon to be ex? is that right

anyway who ever he is, he sounds like a tosser

oh it just clicked, ds = darling sister?

gets coat

MyCatIsABastard · 21/02/2010 19:43

Evening all. Hope your well.

Real life has been a tad busy lately hence not on much: Out Friday night; stinking hangover Saturday; early night Sunday; DS first birthday today.

Not stopping on tonight, just wanted to say hello. I'll catch up tomorrow. Night night!

hellsbelles · 21/02/2010 19:44

I probably got my apostrophe wrong! It's his sister that is being mucked about by her husband

And yes - he is a tosser.

VinegarTits · 21/02/2010 19:46

aww bless, happy 1st birthday to your ds mycat

did he have a good day?

So sorry about your Gran, Shiney.

BitOfFun · 21/02/2010 20:08

Oh Shiney- I'm sorry to hear that

Fuck the twatty posters on that thread- they are of no importance in the great scheme etc. I hope your nan gets better.

jetcat · 21/02/2010 20:11

happy birthday little Mycat

Shiney Hope she is ok

I know what you mean about the tenner - he only agreed to pay that after pressure from his mum and i spun him a story saying that the benefits people were questioning why he wasnt paying any maintence due to fear of violence etc, and yet i had another child to him A story i dont really want to go into, but suffice to say it worked and he agreed to the tenner. That was Jan 07. He paid till May 07

As far as i know, the rules are changing anyway, and instead of just being allowed to keep £20 of maintenence, i think i should get to keep it all (not too sure though tbh) which would be great, as it means kids wont go short all the time

Glad to hear you have yours sorted, but i guess you're not as much as a pushover as i am
