Bath, lesson plans, dentist, collect ds 3 hour+ round trip meeting half way(with possibly popping into see friend depending on timings), home, find a bit of house, play lego or some game thing with ds, ds bedtime, more lesson plans.

I cheated and stood on the scales this morning. I have lost 1 1/2 kg since i stood on them the other night so i think i can count that as a minimum of a 1/2 kg lost. I am happy. Just another 9 1/2 min to go...

Wilbury, 1ib is great especially while giving up smoking. We could do a virtual Davina class today - I'm going to force myself to get going with her dvds agin. They've been abandoned for the last couple of weeks, which obviously also corresponds with the period of time that I'm moaning about not having lost any weight. The dc love doing them so entertaining the kids box will also be ticked.

I am presuming they haven't raided the house because of them being smoking bastards .

I am illing (well I feel better today than I did last night). Had an awful migrainy type of headache that made me fee sick. I just lay on the settee from 7.00pm last night. This morning, I cannot face drinking coffee - which is very unlike me as I would normally have two cups before I do anything. Have just had some tea and toast.

the police have gone now, hopefully the smell of smoke will go for a while now, i rang environmental health as well the other day, and they said they are going to come out and check out the smell, dont know when though

VT - what a shit your xFIL is. I agree find yourself a good garage. DH has found a great one, costs him £40 for an MOT and they do any tweaking for free. They also let him source spare parts from the internet and they weill fix it so it is a lot cheaper. Shocked about the raid, hope the sexy policeman comes back.

Forgot to say, have just made some delicious and very easy to make chocolate brownies. Have managed to cut right back on buying crisps/biscuits for DC's.
