drop, i'm miserable too with my knees. I have some condition I count remember it's name that pushes my knee bones in the wrong direction, need physio on it , and the next NHS appointment available is in bloody september. I am in so much pain.

Sorry wasn't around to cheer you up evansmummy-been having really early nights as too many painkillers making me tired. I slipped in a bar(no I wasn't drunk!!) in Turkey last Friday and my knee cap popped out-luckily there was a Turkish nurse in the bar who popped it straight back in again but it has damaged my ACL and has been really swoolen all week-can't bend it more than a few inches from being straight so am hobbingly around on crutches! A miserable end to the first holiday I had had in five years!! Can't drive,work,sleep very well-never can get comfortable for much longer than half an hour at a time-am feeling very sorry for myself and want to moan for England!
Only good thing was that I stopped using the nico lozenges that I had been addicted to for five months and a m now nico-free!!
Had a few "I wish I still smoked " moments in Turkey-you know the ones when you are drinking and someone next to you is puffing away and looking like they are in heaven!!!
Of course we know they are in HELL!!!

Anything up to six months! Already signed off work for 6 weeks as I stand for most of the day-I'm even going to miss that-used to be a break when my kids where driving me nuts!
