Wow Jet, well done! 52 lb is nearly 4 stone!

Shiney - does the bracelet look like it came out of a cracker?

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:20

I feel like my head's going to explode & the only thing I have in the house is Calpol so I may swig that

How is Taya doing?

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:23

I'm toying with a take away or a M&S Dine in for Two for our Valentines meal, I thinking take away as I can have a chicken kebab so far less points....

BitOfFun · 11/02/2010 10:23

Yes, is she off with your mum, Shiney? Has she got any decent painkillers?

I love that noise too. I also have a rose quartz one from years ago (QVC special!) which is pretty but the standstone one is so lovely and sparkly!

I agree though that some stuff can go a bit wrong. I haven't got lots of peices but have had to send back a few necklaces - strange lengths sometimes...neither short enough or long enough.

But I do love the fact the stuff is beautifully made and feels 'proper'.

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:31

Sory to hear she's not so good but maybe being at school woth her friends will jolly her along a little?

Good threat sounds like it got you a nice peaveful journey at least

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:32

I have my fav bracelet that I wear everyday as it has the children's names on & coils round which I love....about time I treated myself to a new bit of jewellery actually

BitOfFun · 11/02/2010 10:32

That's a toughie about having to go back to school- it's all a bit rough and tumble. I'd be pretty effing pissed off too if I were you - it never rains but it pours and all that....

well done sazz I think you deserve a dance from Shiney and the cockettes

By the time i finish though, i hopefully will be in the -100lb club

Am much better thanks Norma - took it very slowly round to school with mini, as felt quite seasick (on land??) but once i got back home and had some dry toast, felt better. I cant open the fridge door though, as cream pie is still there, and just a look makes me feel

SHiney - hope Taya manages ok at school, i remember how hard it was when i was working and junior was poorly - so hats off to all you working mums! And at your peaceful journey - i think you have all had a tough time of it lately

Missed your thread BOF, so off for a nosy

DreamsInBinary · 11/02/2010 11:17

Sazz, that is super, super, SUPER fab!

You must have worked so hard for it - you must treat yourself to something amazing.
