a confession would go something like during the day i ate 6 chocolate bars, a whole packet of jam mini rolls and am currently eating my way through a large packet of chocolate biscuits.

And that with a baked potatoe with far, far too much melted cheese has been what i have eaten today. Stood on the scales this morning and had lost a kg but suspect that was fluid and will go back when i drink the water i need to not have a really bad headache tomo... not even drinking
