morning all. very pissed off as my party fest seems to have piled on an extra 2 lbs. WTF? One day of misbehaving.

I did get to go to pilates this morning and I swear that underneath the lard I have abs of steel. No really, I do. I can feel them if I push through the flab .

I am really really fed up though. I've hit that wall that Shiney and Bella were talking about. I lost a lot and am now stuck. I can see how easy it is to go 'bugger it, I'm just going to eat cock pie now as it's all gone '

Also had a really weird and scary thing happen last night. At around 9pm we were watching TV downstairs and heard the door crash. Rushed upstairs and it was literally shaking. But nothing was taken. Not sure if someone had come in and realised we were in so made a dash for it (it wasn't double locked) or someone had thrown something at the door and that had made the noise. It was so so horrible and I got really paranoid (particulalry as I'd been watching The Wire and someone had just been beaten up in that ). DH's big task in the evening is to double lock....suffice to say I wasn't happy that it hadn't been done.

Flam - I do that fast eating thing. Will try harder not to as you are right - it does make you want to pick at stuff while you wait for the slow mos!
