I think this is our 39th thread and we are still going strong. Our leader Shiney is well what can I say.. just bloody fab.

We do like a lot of cock and cake chat with lots of healthy stuff thrown in too.

jetcat - One of my oldest friends met her dh to be on the a dating site (don't know which one though, sorry). I was going to do it but then met DH. I think it's a great move.

Food Focus for the day ...79 cals over. Not bad considering the aforementioned hangover, which usually require much stodge to get through!

IWTBB - I'm sorry. I just realised saying you stunned the thread sounded rude (in that you shouldn't try internet dating). I didn't mean anything like that at all. In fact don't really know what I meant... I'll just shut up now

I did internet dating waaaaay before it was fashionable/generally acceptable. There's really no stigma to it any more, no reason not to just go for it. Just be safe, sensible about what info you give out, and my advice is always to meet the guy sooner rather than later. It's too weird when you've talked for ages and invested a lot of time, only to find you really don't click in person. I like to think of it as organising blind dates for yourself.

When XH and I split up, I definitely would have done internet dating again, had I not almost immediately gone out with work colleagues, got bladdered, and dragged now DH2 home with me. And they say romance is dead.

Watching dancing on ice on i-player. getting the impression that the tv company is actually getting nervous about what Jason says. unfortunatly though, harsh he was, he was right about the girls. he could have just phrased it slightly nicer.

I like Chaos and DEM. Your profile looks good to me. Spelling (which isn't my hot topic so I could well be wrong_ 'contradiction' and 'identity'. I am very impressed with the snow reindeer, makes my lump with a carrot of a snowman look very very poor.
