Welcome to our 36th healthy eating thread, where we will renew any healthy eating resolutions with all the viguor that the Christmas munchies require...

We chat, keep each other on track, and monitor our goals together- some on the thread have lost shed loads of weight, some are running ridiculous distances. Some, of course (like myself and Shiney, our dubious leader) have been a bit, er, remiss really. But that can all change with a New Year!

Hello shining ones

No one scared me off, you'll have to try much harder than that. I've been at work.

Did a test and BFN, which is a good thing really as not taking metformin and too lardy as it is. We do want another pretty soon, will have to shift a couple of stone first.

Had another good no s day and DH cooked again (cottage pie) - he's made more meals in a week than in 12 years. I really wonder what he's done wrong....

Anyhoo I will skim read when I can but probably won't post masses until weekend unless DH is working late.

Writing would be good Chaos but my 'Word' has something wrong with it. It keeps asking for my authentication code, and when I put it in it won't acknowledge it. I have been using it but it says I am running out of chances to use it without authentication before it goes into an eternal sulk. It is my copy and no-one else has had access to it so I have NO idea what is wrong with it.

And I am a tech dunce.

It involves collating my sketch books also though so I am not at a loss for something to do. Would I publish it? Well, that would be my dream but whether or not it would be publishable is another matter.

if you go to save as you can change the format from filename.doc to filename.txt which means you can open it in note pad and thus you will still be ablt to write. You can either delete the .doc and type the txt (click yes to change format) or in the file type box below say it as text file.

Office only lets you install the software 3 times or once on three computers. tis a bit crap really. It could be a coding error. have you let it send the error reports if it has frozen? this is why i dont like microsoft though. its a love/hate/hate relationship. I love office 2000, hate office 2003/7 and hate how clogged up microsoft gets.

I am hungry, but determined not to eat anything until tomorrow morning. May have a cup of tea later on.

Have just walloped DH at UNiversity Challenge (it's our weekly sex substitute, I would prefer the sex, winning every week is getting boring) and am off to bed soon.

Someone's just added me as a FB friend, and I know I konw her from uni, but she's greeted me like a best friend and I can't remember in what capacity I knew her! Luckily we have a mutual friend, who is a very, very close friend of mine, so I'll be able to ask her.
