you made Tiramasu Helles?

I want some now...

bellavita · 20/12/2009 14:39

I love tiramisu as long as the coffee is not too strong tasting.

TinselianAstra · 20/12/2009 16:23

Trip to Australia? How exciting! And scary!

If I'm making mulled wine out of very cheap (tesco value in a carton) wine I have a positive duty to taste the un-mulled wine to see if it's okay, don't I?

Trip to Sainsburys was very surprisingly uneventful. No ramming with trolleys, they had everything that was on our list (and the list included 'ladle' and 'gin on special offer') and we got out fine. Don't know what all the fuss has been about.

Why are you glugging Baileys Bella?

VinegarTinselTits · 20/12/2009 16:36

Bloody hell BOF, that would have been a bombshell come Easter, by the way mum, im off to see dad in AUSTRALIA!

Ive been to Asda and come home almost empty handed (got something for tea) because it is shite, the fruit is shit and so expensive so i am sticking to Morrisons, will go and do a proper shop tomorrow

bellavita · 20/12/2009 16:42

'cos it's christmas Trills and I am trying to feel festive

BitOfFunderthemistletoe · 20/12/2009 16:42

I know! She will have to do a 24 hour flight on her own. He will come backover with her apparently, or his parents. God knows really, but it's so bloody rude of them not to even ask me.

VinegarTinselTits · 20/12/2009 16:46

Bella i have messaged you on FB

TinselianAstra · 20/12/2009 16:46

Bummer, 24 hr flight when you're not old enough to drink.

Yeah, massively rude and weird to not ask you or even tell you. I'm just distracted by the 'ooooh, Australia'

bellavita · 20/12/2009 16:53

Massage received Vinny

BitOfFunderthemistletoe · 20/12/2009 17:01

TinselianAstra · 20/12/2009 17:04

I'm massaging Bella too now.

bellavita · 20/12/2009 17:05

Can I just make a confession to you lot?....

So much for being a domestic goddess in the kitchen, my mince pies are shite! Actually, I blame the tin. It was well greased but they still stuck. Managed to get 4 out. I have chucked the tin and the rest into the bin. Give me shop bought any day!

bellavita · 20/12/2009 17:07

Whoooa Trills, keep the hands more up the top of the neck..

BitOfFunderthemistletoe · 20/12/2009 17:07

Awww, that's a shame. Were you pissed on Baileys?

TinselianAstra · 20/12/2009 17:07

Oh no! How did that happen? I had o prise my last batch out with a spoon, but only because there was some leaked mine-pie-filling int he tin from the previous batch.

BitOfFunderthemistletoe · 20/12/2009 17:08

I have massaged Vinny myself.

VinegarTinselTits · 20/12/2009 17:09

pmsl at 'were you pissed on Baileys'

VinegarTinselTits · 20/12/2009 17:10

your 'massage' has made me feel a whole lot better and less strssed believe me

bellavita · 20/12/2009 17:10

Nope, I was not pissed on the baileys (despite having rather a large one whilst doing them) - cheeky!

Am not sure Trills, they did not leak. I put it down to it being a crap tin. I have lovely Lakeland tins for making cakes in and they are a dream. Need to go and get some more shares in Lakeland me thinks - it always costs me a bloody fortune when I go in there.

jinglejet · 20/12/2009 17:15

sorry about your mince pies Bella - and i believe you that your werent pissed on Baileys

I luuuurrvve mince pies - i think i may have to buy a shed load a box ready for when i am having a tablet break
