Fatberd · 14/12/2009 21:14

bellavita · 14/12/2009 21:19

Ooooh hello

FlamingoCrimbo · 14/12/2009 21:21

I'm Flamingo. Considering changing my name to FatPinkBird

Lost, um, just over 1.5st. Just tipped over the demarcation line from overweight to normal weight . Want to lose another 10lb, ideally. It's slow going now though - also bored.

Sazz - THREE STONE!!!??? Well done! And welcome to the size 10 jeans club

SazzlesOnASled · 14/12/2009 21:23

Thanks Flamingo - I have only managed to lose a lot more than you as i was a fatter than yaouw in the first place . Actually i think i am only just at the weight you were when you started . Hence i don't believe Sainsbo's sizing

awastingamanger · 14/12/2009 21:52

I am wasting and I need to lose at least 7 stone.
I have been doing very crap at eating healthy/less, but have been gradually getting more active.

SqueezinAroundTheXmasTree · 14/12/2009 21:57

I opened my SS

It's a lovely green bracelet made from lots of different buttons! Gorgeous, I love it!

FlamingoCrimbo · 14/12/2009 22:38

Sazz - I fit in Sainsbos size 10 and Asda size 10 and a few size 10s I've got hanging around from my 'youth' - topshop etc. I didn't trust them, either, but they seem to fit! How tall are you? I'm only 5'1"

TinselianAstra · 14/12/2009 22:41

I'm Trill and I'm not actually fat, but I really should eat more healthily. And I like to chat.

YanknChristmasCrackers · 14/12/2009 22:54

awasting, what kind of activities are you doing? I keep meaning to start swimming again, but have only gotten as far as getting legs/bikini line waxed in preparation! I was doing pilates, but only once a week and now class has stopped until January. I have some DVDs I keep meaning to try, including the pilates in/after pregnancy which never made it out of the packaging.

awastingamanger · 14/12/2009 23:15

Yank, I'm mostly walking a lot and getting generally more active.
After the section and being glued to the sofa bfing, I had gotten into the habit of not doing much and put more weight on.

I've also got a couple of exercise DVDs and a Wii Fit that I have intentions towards.

I'd really like to go to the gym, or swimming, but there's no creche and I don't have a regular source of baby-sitting, to get into a routine with.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 14/12/2009 23:52

I am Fanny.

I need to lose 6 stone.

We are shagging until May 19th for another baby.

YanknChristmasCrackers · 15/12/2009 00:10

Sounds like we are sort of in the same boat! I also had a section and have been glued to my sofa for a while, but luckily the 2 stone I gained during pregnancy just fell off in two weeks and I was left exactly how I started. Was very disappointed when the easy weight loss didn't continue!

There is a creche at the leisure centre, but only in the mornings. I am also assuming I will be back to work in March so would be happier getting into a routine I can keep up when I go back.

SqueezinAroundTheXmasTree · 15/12/2009 07:28

One word - LEAK! Grrr! And another dead mouse, which is good. Am sick of this, the house is getting wrecked. It's thru the other living room this time but I think we have managed to save the ceiling this time by cutting in line with the pattern on the paper with a stanley blade

We'd arranged Rentokil to come out so they are coming today, hopefully early because this is seriously wearing us down. More expense, more trips to B&Q, no water or heating.....

My friend is coming over on Christmas Eve for 10 days and the place is a bomb site, all the carpets and floorboards lifted upstairs, stuff everywhere and I hate mess. I really must stop moaning about this so apologies, it's just SO frustrating.

SqueezinAroundTheXmasTree · 15/12/2009 07:30

fivegomad, your post made me chuckle, that is a very specific date, May 19th

FlamingoCrimbo · 15/12/2009 07:54

Why are you stopping shagging on May 19th, Fanny? What happens then? Do you spontaneously combust if you shag after that date?

I'm still bleeding heavily this morning

We were meant to be going out today, but DD1 is feeling a bit sorry for herself and I am feeling very sorry for myself, so we may stay in.

LizzyLordsALeaping · 15/12/2009 08:14

Hello all

I am Lizzy and want to lose about 1 stone, but need to tone up and exercise more too

Squeezy, I really hope you get it all sorted, sounds a nightmare

Fanny, enjoy 2010!

Sazz and Flam, size 10 is size 10, the closest thing to size 10 on me are my feet

Off to do school run, have good days all

TerryWogansCock · 15/12/2009 09:16

Hello i'm TWC, i dont need to loose weight, quite happy with my size

FiveGoMadInDorset · 15/12/2009 09:19

Yes, watch the space on May 19th. No, we are having a cut off point as don't want to be a hugely older mother and decided that date as it is 9 months before I turn 41.

Right of to make more Dundee cakes and find out the results of the lie detector tests.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 15/12/2009 09:20

Oh Squeezy. and at the mice.

YanknChristmasCrackers · 15/12/2009 09:22

@TWC

I think I'm spending too much time here....I actually dreamt about the Shiney thread last night. For some reason I was writing 'I Shine with a Leo' (DS's name), which doesn't really make any sense. hmm
