Welcome to our 22nd Healthy Eating thread under the auspicious eye of Shiney the Cult Leader. She is vegetarian (like a gorilla), but you don't have to be! Or hairy!

I may be getting distracted by my over-cryptic thread title (it is hard when all the obvious ones have been done- fwiw The Shining Path are a South American guerrilla group and I'm looking at watching Che on dvd later, what can I say...), but I have been appointed Tsar With Authority for Titles, and starting this on a Friday night may be ill-judged, BUT...

We are here with the aim of eating healthily, losing weight in varying amounts if that is what we wish, and most of all posting as often as we're able to support each other. We have a good laugh too. Allegedly. But we're no trouble, no siree...

Can I just ask - have any of you actually lost any weight since your new healthy eating spree? Am asking in the nicest possible way, btw.

I have - I was aiming to lose half a stone and I did, and kept it off. Not much, but it is an acievement.

This last thread has been a bit more chat and a bit less healthy, but we'll be back on track tomorrow when Syc starts being strict with us again.

Interesting that Korma has had email contact with her. I want to scrutinise the emails for more evidence

I have stopped putting on weight. Which is a major turn around and progress. Hopefully will be getting to point of actually loosing some soon.

Still feeling crap and not helped by a morning in A&E getting ds glued. Is there anyone about on FB so i can ask a question cant ask here?
