The pool's on the way home from work so not as bad as it could be.

I did it, but only chopped 1 1/2 inches off. The funniest bit was brushing out all the curls so I could cut it - massive fuzzball! Shortest bits are not about chin-length when curled (not quite dry yet, had to wash to put curl back after fuzzballness) and longest bits just below shoulder-length. Wouldn't want it any shorter. I figured the curlyness would hide it if it came out weird (or I could put it up).

Minijet is upstairs, supposed to be going to sleep, but she is still banging around her bedroom. Havent the heart to nag shout persuade her into bed, not after today, but she is so being a tinker!

I read your AIBU thread Trill about the parties. Mini is 3 this year, and she hasnt had a party yet, mainly due to me having major panic attacks at the mere thought of one. But, am determined to do one this year - if only to get to meet some of the other kids at her new childminders. Wont be a huge affair mind....

Norma, your cards are really lovely. I make cards but MILs birthday is coming up next month (we're all going on hols together, eeeek!) and it'd be nice for her to get a card that's not been made by me - do you do commissions?

I tend to do a set price Squeezy as I send them out with matching envelopes, polypropelene bags, card backed envelopes etc but my prices include postage too

Bet the hair is fab Trills, i am booking myself in for next week sometime, complete change - colour and style. It is ginger strawberry blonde at the moment, longish wavy/curly. I hate it lol, so am thinking of going brown and a bob something. No idea what really, but trendy mate is coming with me, so she wont let me go too wrong!
