My daughter and her friend have set up 'shop' on the end of our drive, with the contents of my fridge. They are 'giving' things away....and people are taking them

Why are they doing that

I don't know but they are now selling chocolate digestives for 50p each

And people are paying!!!!!

They have more business acumen than I do.

DP has just made me a gin and tonic because I have had a stressful day (did you notice the not having lunch til 2.30?) with people who do not understand what a control group is for.

And I feel strongly enough to bother to italicise all those words.

He has also offered to take me out for thai food because he wants to. Mmm. Lovely.

Plus he has been eavesdropping on here (to see what you made of my meeting the other woman) and says he will clean the bathroom at the weekend

DD and her friend made £6.40 selling the contents of my fridge with their enterprise and chose of their own free will to give it to a local charity.

Today was really hard. Really hard. But it was less 'tell me about you childhood' and more, 'OK, so this is where we are, where do you want to be? and lets see how we can get you there.'

I caught sight of myself today unexpectedly, and fuck have I pigged out.

Do you think that begging Syc to pop on and be effortlessly inspiring would work? I am trying to remember her motivational stuff, but can only recall 'This too shall pass' and the oxygen on planes analogy. (Or is it metaphor?)

I was astounded today in work - apparently it's not an uncommon belief that Saddam Hussein was CIA.

I need to dig out some more conspiracy theories, they sound interesting.
