Welcome to what may be our 21st Healthy Eating thread!

We take it with varying levels of seriousness- in fact we are a pretty light-hearted bunch generally, but we do support each other, whether we are trying to lose a little (or a lot of) weight, or just get fitter.

Shiney is our Glorious Leader , ably backed up by the ass-kicking Sycamoretree and many other lovely regulars.

Come and join us- post as much as you can and join in the fun, nay, the phenomenon that is the Shiney thread

Shiney - do you watch 'Waking the dead'? I don't know why I imagine you just like the new policewoman they have in the series.

We've missed you Syc - come back soon.

Not sure why it stuck with me either

Just seen on the local news about a mother who left her 3, 2 and 1 yo home alone for 3hrs. The older 2 tried to cook something from flour and egg on a plastic baking tray and started a fire. They were then wandering down the street with their dollies whilst the 1yo was choking in her cot. So so so sad . My legs were tingling just hearing it

vacaloca · 28/09/2009 22:37

No, she's cool. Would post a photo, but it's more her don't-give-me-any-crap attitude.

Hey nice to see you about Syc.

Impromptu after work pub where I met the other woman. Thoughit important that you guys hear. She was nice, kinda fun. Now she is safe. Ish. Y'know.

Making spicy chicken noodles (after munching loads of prawn crackers) and watching the first episode of Chuck.

Taya definitely much nicer than Teya, but still a 'made-up name'.

BitOfFun · 28/09/2009 22:49

Does she look like Beth Jordache, or Fatima Whitbread? It makes a difference.

It's [http://www.creativebrief.com/cb/stacey_roca/index.html this one]]. I forgot she'd been in The Office too.

Please tell me you look like her, Shiney.

vacaloca · 28/09/2009 22:59

so that didn't work.

Let's try again.

BitOfFun · 28/09/2009 23:08

Oh she was funny in The Office
