Oh shiney, forgot to tell you, we have a Teya in our school, I did smile to myself when she told me her name. Not as pretty as yours though

We have a nice attic room. It has it's own bathroom and still has one wall with kitchen units on it with sink and a hot plate too from when previous owners rented it to a lodger.

It's yours. DD can be on the camp bed and DS can share the double with you
