I think this is thread 10. We are an unruly bunch of MNetters trying to shed a lot a little or just some pounds through a variety of methods. Others just trying to eat healthily.

Newcomers most definitely welcome, just be advised the post rate is insane so be sure to check in regularly!

Our hostess Ms Diamond will be along soon I'm sure.

Lizzylou · 06/08/2009 13:28

In awe of science/maths geeks, history grad here.

Just done my yoga, though made myself feel bleurgh when I had my legs over my head and all my fat was awobbling.

Still, it'll be gone soon, I hope.

bellavita · 06/08/2009 13:36

am stuffed!

Just got back from the pub with my two boys (DH away till late evening so I thought we would treat ourselves).

I had lamb kebabs with tzatsiki (sp), salad and pitta bread, was really really yum. Must confess to a cafe au lait and a glass of rose (which someone bought me), so that makes it ok, right?

VinegarTits · 06/08/2009 13:38

Yes thats right, wine that is bought for you doesnt count as calories BV

MotherPi · 06/08/2009 13:41

Bella, that sounds yum

Lizzylou · 06/08/2009 13:42

What good list Shine?

Your lunch sounds lovely, Bella. Yep, if wine was a gift then it doesn't count.
