I've had a cold thats been lingering since Sunday, but now i can feel it spreading to my chest, so i have that trickly feeling at the back of my throat and now i'm coughing, and feel like a bag of shite, but i've felt like a bag of shite all week, and i'm shattered, because this is my life:

Chocolate cake is baked, I will ice it (actually just cover in melted chocolate mixed with cream, which Nigella calls a 'ganache') this evening. I won't eat any yet though cos it's for DP's birthday
