It is a beautiful bathroom, I wonder why the clear bricks are so much more expensive than the red ones.

TheInvisibleManDidIt · 11/06/2009 21:49

Ah, all the clear bricks

Did being sick make you feel any better or are you still really rough? Sometimes it helps to get it out.

TrillianAstra · 11/06/2009 21:55

morning psycho
how are you feeling this morning?

I hope you had no more sick and got some rest last night

gecko still woke every 2 hours ish but she didn't think the day was starting till 6.50 which is bloody good considering she went to bed at 5pm

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 08:16

sea, thenkyou. I will be fine.....assuming kerry doesn;t get me first

kerry, such a way with words.....(( BTW, I was lurking last night and saw your thread, but was too achy and tired to respond....sorry))

trinity, coffee staying put, feel better than last night, had bad dreams of things trying to get me and leapt out of bed at 5am this morning whacking hell out of the bed (there were bugs in it!!), and woke poor DH. he was not amused). feel tired now, tummy tender, poor old neighbour doing the school run (I bet she is so glad to have moved next to me), older girls off school as they have teacher training so they looking after me.......life I think might be improving.

leg still yack, but the reaction has finally gone down.........woohoo

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 12/06/2009 08:18

oh thats good
I mean that your coffee is staying down and the girls are looking after you
not the phantom bugs in bed

good news about the leg
keep counting down the daystill the stiches come out
once the stitches are you will be surprised at the speed of it feeling better

TrillianAstra · 12/06/2009 08:25

Morning. 2 nurses-in-training today? You shouldn't be short on coffee then.

I have those dreams of crawly things on the pillow, sometimes I remember it happending and sometimes DP has to tell me about it the next morning.

3 things Trinity, you know what I'm going to say.

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 08:32

I will be wizzing about then come tuesday, and not on MN as too busy elsewhere, is that what you are saying

trillian, I would like to think so.....they have just asked if they can go to the shops. I said yes, I need some cropped leggings as the surgeon told me I am not allowed the sun on my scar at all, and my summer stuff is all skirts and shorts, or I have winter stuff.....I need in-betweenie-clothing IYGWIM.

oh, they have just discovered said neighbour is learning how to do fake nails, and she offered to pretty them up for them today. ......so much for being nursed!!

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 12/06/2009 08:36

How will they feed you grapes and bathe your forehead if they have big fake nails?

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 08:39

EXACTLY!!

they are the exact worries I have.

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 12/06/2009 08:40

Have you asked them if these nails are suitable for nursing tasks?

If you must you can use the age-old 'I wiped your bottom for years, and now I ask you to do one little thing...'

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 08:50

I think they might run a mile if I said that, knowing I cannot run a metre....therefore unable to catch them

they will be used.....have no fear

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 12/06/2009 08:54

So is it Friends again this morning?

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 08:56

yup......I need to finish my boxset

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 12/06/2009 09:02

and it is never finished
you just keep watching it again and again

psychomum5 · 12/06/2009 09:07
