She's only just two.
They don't know how she got it.
She's being transferred to a London teaching hospital tomorrow for further treatment as her poor little kidneys have been affected.
Everyone who knows Pamina on here and in RL will know she is being her usual awesomely calm self, despite being pregnant and no doubt very worried, but can we all think of them all tonight and over the weekend and hope that the Swiper is back on her feet soon? I think it would really help.
Thinking of you lots Pamina and family

Please pass on my good wishes- I'm so glad she's doing better now, it sounds as though it's been really awful. You're doing a sterling job with communication, Marina

It's so brilliant to have some news which is all good, no backward steps. Very, very relieved for them, and continued hope and wishes that her convalescance accelarate further.

PuffTheMagicDragon · 12/05/2005 20:40

Thank goodness.

Here's hoping they are all home this weekend.

They're OUT!
I will give her a link to this thread. Dd2 is really on the mend now.
But if we could all still spare a thought for the other little girl on that ward who is recovering from H U S and pneumonia, and who will have been there three weeks soon. The poor little love is still far from well.

So glad that your DD is back at home with you Pamina and the rest of your family. What a relief for you all. We hope that the other little girl who was in hospital at the same time as your DD gets home soon as well.

Thank you to Marina for all the updates. Pamina -Look forward to seeing you back on the Due in July threads - we've missed your pearls of wisdom! Hope, despite everything the pregnancy is progressing well.

Love to you all.
