For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

FK, I saw your thread but had nothing helpful to say so didn't post. But I did read and think supportive thoughts, if that helps

Will forward to Atilla but also give you her email so you can add her to the list

AtillaTheHoney · 28/02/2009 23:12

I would love to see them one way or another (the pics, that is)

We love you tooooo pink.

A couple stopped me today to tell me the way I was dressed had made their day and cheered them up...

And I LOVE hats..........

I read your thread but am tired and confused FK.

And I can't find where chrystal healing was first mentioned but am a big lover of them. But it is a visual and tactile thing as much as a belief in their healing potential, although it does have some truth in it.

Everyone else...I am sorry, my life is a mess and reading stuff but not taking it in.
I'm 39, 5' 8'', fairly long of leg, I broke my sternum and the lump from that is bigger than me wee bosoms....., not an atypical lentil weaver, but have good, honest aspirations.

Goodnight. I am all done in. xx

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 23:15

Atilla, I have sent them to you.
Take care precious {{{{{}}}}}xxxxxxx

Guadalupe · 28/02/2009 23:16

I got mine. Thanks so much for organising it, Franny. It looks great!

I didn't open my barren box all in one go. I savoured it. I still think about the joy of it, undoing all those rustley bustly packets.

I have yet to take my kiki.

I was RESTRAINED. Two drinks and ten olives and despite a dripping mass of cheesy pizza falling from my friends mouths I did not have any. Notice how I continue to convince myself that it was unappealing.

We have a fire in the garden. It feels summery.

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 23:16

Oh, and can we have pics of how you were dressed?

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 23:19

Oh that was to Atilla btw, not that we don't want to know how Guad is dressed....

FrannyandZooey · 28/02/2009 23:25

I want to know about crystal healing. Who knows about it?

Mmmm, dripping mass of cheesy pizza

Hello Pruners. What are you doing - are you in or out?

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 23:34

Atilla knows about it. She is a wise soul.

Hello Pruni.

Franny, you circle the fridge and I will circle the kitchen and we can howl at each other.
