For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

One must moo like a cow during labour. Apparently. It would appear that shouting "fucking hell that fucking well fucking hurts" is not the way to go

Not sure what to do...

Actually we ar eoff to the cinema soon.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 16:19

20 fucking points. LOL. And 10 of those are for a poncy teapig tea I have in my house because I fell in love with the packaging and because the tea bags feel like silk.

So. Rest my case Ms F&Z.

The other 10 was for the rather enjoyably vague notion that I think natural fibres are 'best'.

littlerach · 28/02/2009 16:32

Guadalupe · 28/02/2009 16:47

Anyway, technically I have not cooked anything I have grown, eaten it off the bush so to speak. So, 90.

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 16:49

What was Franny's lentil score? Did she say?

mollyroger · 28/02/2009 17:10

he's back! High as a kite on chocolate.
He has had a brilliant time even though there were 4 girls! (all of whom are apparently vile to him at school)
And he even negociated a good price on some ps2 games he had to trade.

It's such a huge milestone for me on my parenting path.
