For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

oh heavens, yes, I gained around 60 points for my variety of teas - hardly any of which I actually drink.

I keep them in case of real lentil-weavers coming to my house

FrannyandZooey · 28/02/2009 17:29

goodness - now there is a quiz.

can we have like an induction procedure and cermony and terms and conditions.

i think we all need to be a bit more anal about this.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 18:56

lol @ feed the birds.

I do know what BLW stands for - but I'm honestly not 100% on what it might be, never heard of it when I had babies only on MN, I think it is something to do with them not having purees but eating their own food, however I remain deliciously, hysterically, wilfully uninterested in it so I didn't count it.

So, I defend my 20 points, which is actually quite a shockingly low score.

Boco · 28/02/2009 18:58

100x surely you'd get the 30 points for ignoring the placenta and gazing lovingly at the baby thing?

I have about 120 I think. Mooncups and extended bfing and washable nappies.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:15

Ah see, well I don't have that because I had three c-sections so I have never seen my placenta or indeed anyone elses, so the option to chose to look at a baby rather than a placenta was never there. Also in fact no babies to look at, well only briefly glimpsed - nil points.

This have never yet actually been a positive thing until tonight. Yay for the lentil list.

Boco · 28/02/2009 19:23

Yes, but as you did gaze at your baby, at some point, that is 30 POINTS which means to are a lentil loving hippy lady and only an unshaven armpit hair away from living in a mooncup full of spirulina. That is scientific fact.

pinkspottywellies · 28/02/2009 19:25

185 points and I still haven't opened all my presents but I have posh organic smellies and a gorgeous bright-coloured stripey organic blanket for my gorgeous boy so can I add lentilly points for them

We've had visitors and then had to take dd out to see a friend as the only way to tear her away from the tv Surely no TV should be a point scorer.

Right, need to go and make dinner - stilton and mushrooms on toast - then I will do some more unwrapping.

I love you all (((( hugs for those who can bear it ))))

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:27

Hurrah for Pink's parcel and her love of.

Noooo Boco, noooo. I quote: '30 points if you totally ignored the placenta to gaze upon the miracle of creation that was your baby' - I did not ignore my placenta, as that would suggest I had an option to concentrate on it - not an option, and there was NO gazing, which suggests sustained looking, there was brief fleeting glimpse. See? Zero Points.

You can't make me lentil weavery, no siree not with your 120 points and my 20.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:31

And the 'gazing at some point' doesn't count - I have obviously looked at my children a quite considerable amount over the last eleven years, that does not a lentil weaver make.

I am being quite stubborn about this aren't I? Everyone else is thinking, oh poor 100 with her 20 points that's so sad and unwholesome and deluded and only 10 of those for poncy Tea Temples (that's what they call the tea bags, temples ) and I am cracking open the champagne.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:33

Though it does make me realize how incredibly long-suffering and kind you have all been to have me so long in the church hall.

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 19:34

Incidentally, lentil weaving may be a nactual possibility. You can get yarn made of soya bean fibre

TooTicky · 28/02/2009 19:35

Long-suffering and kind MY ARSE we like you, you lentil-denier.

Boco · 28/02/2009 19:36

It's the cracking open of champagne (bet it's organic freerange champagne) that's making me want to prove you to be a lentil. And everyone is thinking 'poor deluded 100, denying her true lentil nature'. What about the crystal healing? What about the ley line course you went on? What about all the astral projection? I bet your house is made of recycled bottles too. And you eat hemp brie.

Guadalupe · 28/02/2009 19:37

I get points for tea, bf, slings, bloody wnaky baskets and my insufferable children eat quinoi grudgingly.

I am too late for mooncup madness.

Right, I am going out. I have saved up.

Have been to the house. Builders have moved the bathroom wall only slightly further than I agreed to and now the room next to it looks too small. They must be informed on monday to move it back by at least a foot. This in turn means they will have to moved the hall wall and bathroom door frame back too. I better take more cake.

Guadalupe · 28/02/2009 19:37

Speak for youraelf, Toot.

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:39

Nope. I do recycle bottles though But that's just middle-class and helpful, it's de rigueur not lentility. And I say things like de rigueur

ahundredtimes · 28/02/2009 19:41

Oh god re the builders. Are there not specifications about these things? How exciting to go out! Have a lovely time. I went to London on Thursday, and went to the Hats exhibition at the V&A and I loved it, and I thought how much you would have loved it too Guad.
