For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I mean, they could be bolts or washers.

Good news Molly.

Molly, my brother bought me a cd and it seems to have been MADE for you, listening to a song called 'the pirate's gospel' by Alela Diane, do you know it? Seems to be pirate folk! Is very nice.

Guadalupe · 27/02/2009 21:09

ooh-arrgh

mollyroger · 27/02/2009 21:22

no, I don't know that album. But DH had a fab compilation album of pirate songs and ballads compiled by Jonny Depp with artistes like Brian ferry, Nick Cave, Martin carthy which is interesting...

mollyroger · 27/02/2009 21:23

called Rogues' Gallery.

BBBee · 27/02/2009 21:49

what fresh hell are you up to now?

I am 34 and 5'6" - like boco on both counts but I am not her.

Barking - I thought you meant shouty but you mean nuts don't you.

Lentiliness - well, um, not very really i think, but better lately.

just put me next to boco and I will say what she says.

this is all a bit insane. Maybe we are all really BAD for each other.

womblingalong · 27/02/2009 21:51

Check out those beauties on BBBeee

Boco · 27/02/2009 21:52

Molly, look at the purty lady, I wonder if you'll like her, although this isn't her pirate song

Bbbee we're about same on lentillyness, barkingness and height and age. But you're a more successful life coach.

Boco · 27/02/2009 21:52

Wombling no, we're not going to compare breasts are we?

Boco · 27/02/2009 21:54

speaking of life coaching, did you get the picture I did you Bbbbee? Maybe you should go with franny's cheap student deal, you might have more success.

womblingalong · 27/02/2009 21:56

Boco, No I wasn't intending to compare exactly....just leer celebrate
