Fanjo boil

I have discovered a boil on my inner labia.It is sore and has a white head on it.
Any advice please?

Hot bath or shower, and squeeze it. It will hurt like fuck a little bit. Germolene/Savlon on it when you're done.

Poor OP, I think I had one once and it went of its own accord without any squeezing.

ooo I had one of these recently. It really hurt when I wiped myself after the loo. I mean really . It felt like a little pea in my flap (which was nice)
