For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

molly that sounds awfully exhausting.

ahundredtimes · 19/01/2009 19:43

Oh good plan Moll. I'm going to call you Moll and pretend you are my dd. Well, not in a weird way, but hey. GO AND TIDY YOUR BEDROOM. Sorry.

That sounds good. In a way it's about how to deal with the Nemesis isn't it? He did the right thing by moving didn't he? Yes, the sympathetic, tight smile always a heart-sinker. It gets better, though I know that's not much help at the time.

TooTicky · 19/01/2009 19:43

Molly, swap? I cannot be arsed to cook now.

mollyroger · 19/01/2009 19:44

I'll chop wood! I love doing manly physical stuff. . I had a major crush on Mr Littlle House on Prairie... I think I probably still do.

ahundredtimes · 19/01/2009 19:44

Don't go Bee. How are you? I've been thinking about you too.

FrannyandZooey · 19/01/2009 19:45

i'm not coming in the log cabin
molly says there're loofahs

mollyroger · 19/01/2009 19:45

Maybe I am secretly Calamity Jane and not a pirate at all?

pinkspottywellies · 19/01/2009 19:46

TooT Stay

I don't like smoked bacon. Please don't smoke my bacon pigs.

I like it here. I don't wanna go and tidy and do the toddler group books

FrannyandZooey · 19/01/2009 19:46

i shall faint and need my stays loosening
you can burn feathers at me

mollyroger · 19/01/2009 19:47

ah no Franzo, we appear to have absconded to the prairie. there will be no spiders in the prairie. Just, erm, rattlesnakes ....

ahundredtimes · 19/01/2009 19:47

There are NO loofahs. It is loofah and bird free. Completely. I have a slight on going issue with TooT over the field mice which she says are sweet, but which I crush underfoot on a regular basis. Otherwise it's absolutely fine. No loofahs, promise.

No, I've never been to Featherdown. But Lupe rode her gig down there and I remembered her link. I thought it looked passable for camping.

Boco · 19/01/2009 19:48

Is it going to be like Deadwood? Has anyone else seen it, apart from 100? Everyone calls each other fucking cocksuckers. The swearing is the best bit.

Bee, how's it going? Been thinking about you and wondering a lot.

mollyroger · 19/01/2009 19:48

ManFluey Dh is back. He looks much better but he is still claiming is is too poorly to do anything other than eat food prepared by me. Best go rustle up some grits. Or biscuits and gravy. Or whatever.

pinkspottywellies · 19/01/2009 19:49

Of course there aren't any loofah's in the log cabin. It's imaginary so just don't imagine them [d'uh]

TooT, I've started a new game of scrabble with you and Lully!

ahundredtimes · 19/01/2009 19:50

See. Boco has been being thoughtful too.

It's a bit like Deadwood on the outside. There's straw to chew and plenty of spitting and wearing of ten gallon hats. And lots of cocksucking pussy talk.

However on the inside it is Laura I W because there are pregnant people about.

You can chose depending on your mood.

Franny is in charge of cheese making. She's all covered in whey.

pinkspottywellies · 19/01/2009 19:51

Oh please stop doing hilarious dressing up and role play. It's my favourite part of 10/10 (oops I just typed 19 and 20 that would confuse people!) and I HAVE TO GO!

TooTicky · 19/01/2009 19:51

Oh 100x don't!!
The front buggy wheel has developed a squeak and I keep think I have run over a mouse

Ds2 says he can control his double vision. /he is shouting, "Double vision! No double vision! It works mum!"

The hospital sent the letter thery were supooposed to send to the GP to me. It made interesting reading.

Boco · 19/01/2009 19:52

I'm largely happy with the Laura IW, but can we have a whiskey card playing annexe at all? Maybe the smoke house with the marlborough lights.

ahundredtimes · 19/01/2009 19:53

What's happened with the eye? Sorry, I can't remember where we got to.

TooTicky · 19/01/2009 19:53

Oh good Pink
I tried to start one but it went all slow on me.

mollyroger · 19/01/2009 19:55

Yup, mad purdy, mad fine....and I get a whip!!!

TooTicky · 19/01/2009 19:56

We must take it in turns to sit in the lean-to and twist straw.

Cataract op done. Doublke vision and slight squint as of last Tues, fortuitously the day before his appt. Next (last!) op in 6 or 7 weeks to remove stitches and back of lens capsule. May or may not solve problems

SuperBunny · 19/01/2009 19:56

I smell smoke - what're you cookin?

DS got up from his nap, bouncedd out of bed, leapt around, hopped from foot to foot, leading me to have to call the doctor and apologise for thinking my son may actually have been injured He's 3 - where did he learn such good faking?

Toot, what did it say?

TooTicky · 19/01/2009 19:58

the letter?

Must just have cklicked back into place SB. These things happen.

BBBee · 19/01/2009 19:59

oh dear - I am rushing past whilst doing DVLA applications and bath temperatures and it looks nice here.

oh no don;t do worrying about me - I am doing okay - a bit like, er, charlotte gray in charlotte gray, well not but someone like that. I do a lot of staring out of windows and being stoic and practical.

Hang on, will cut and paste what I told pink earlier....

"things not too bad really - we are staying at my mum's whilst she is away and it is really nice to get a bit of distance - i have all the responsiblity for the children, but not having the resentment and irritation i used to feel about dp not doing his share has been quite liberating.

i had an appointment with relate but the woman cancelled because she was ill, will make another one but had got my head in teh right place for it to be cancelled was annoying."

there - it is like that. But not with smoking, no, no-one is smoking.
