For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg herehere and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

ah lully sorry i mean the relationship with ex

FrayedKnot · 17/07/2008 20:21

Pink, are you trying to change the subject

What was the Juno one?

I think we need to wait a bit longer.

LL what a complicated situation.

Is the ex "with" anyone now?

LullyOfShallot · 17/07/2008 20:23

zippi

It's him that needs a good knock on the head

he promised ds he would ring to say goodnight grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

How is your face?

Tatties · 17/07/2008 20:24

Can't stop, I have a bath running, it is a wee bit early for a new thead, but yes Pink I liked your title. You have inspired me to come up with a suggestion for future use: The Friend I have is a Passion Fruit Friend (Passionate Friend - Teardrop Explodes)

LullyOfShallot · 17/07/2008 20:25

FK No
She says she will love dh forever & is facing old age alone etc
This is after three failed marriages & then living with dh
She has 3 grown up children & lots of grandchildren.

LullyOfShallot · 17/07/2008 20:26

Ooh I like that Tatties

LullyOfShallot · 17/07/2008 20:26

Pink what was your title?

TigerFeet · 17/07/2008 20:27

She sounds, well, odd [tries to be nice]

FrannyandZooey · 17/07/2008 20:44

ah there is plenty of life in this title yet
I don't think anyone much liked it except me and Toot, so sorry about that, but you must allow us the odd indiscretion

Pink I am gamely ignoring your little slip ups but you are making it harder and harder

IdrisTheDragon · 17/07/2008 20:47

I like the title

FrannyandZooey · 17/07/2008 20:48

Loopy was teasing me about constantly whinging on here but I did want to say I am getting some lovely BIG twinges this evening

when does a twinge become a you know what?

Avi no god I hope not! although I will for the first time fall into the clutches of the consultants so anything could happen in theory
the idea is they will do CTG on baby, possibly check blood flow through cord, level of amniotic fluid etc
just check my dusty old placenta isn't giving up the ghost tbh
I think I may need to go in for monitoring daily for it to be meaningful / helpful
however am hoping if I have positive monitoring results from a particular day and then go into labour that same day, they may still agree to trial of labour at home [desperate optimism]

FrayedKnot · 17/07/2008 20:48

Oh no I liked it too, probably just forgot to say

But maybe non 10/10ers don;t get it like we do

The punning is easier, perhaps

IdrisTheDragon · 17/07/2008 20:49

DS slept in a travel cot from about 17 months until nearly 2 due to some trying to get out from presumably 17 months. It was a good solution (apart from the fact that DD was born when he was 22 months and so as I got more pregnant it was harder and harder to lift him out).

FrannyandZooey · 17/07/2008 20:49

full moon 7.59 am tomorrow
huzzah?

FrayedKnot · 17/07/2008 20:50

Twinges...I think we need more info

TooTicky · 17/07/2008 20:50

Lully, would you consider telling her she can have him? He doesn't seem to be the slightest bit of use to you, and you and ds can go and live with your grandmother.
Do tell me to bog off, it really is none of my business
