For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:06

off not of. My goodness me.

Right. Come on. Let's be midwives. Somewhere brutal and rustic - like Boco's village.

Boco · 10/07/2008 22:06

100 have u bn txting?

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:07

yes boco's village is like the one in plague dogs

Boco · 10/07/2008 22:07

We have our own birthing centre IN the village, because we're so far from civilization - and the main midwife has been suspended for being rubbish. She was blunt and rude and most labouring women wanted to kill her.

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:08

Do you know what. I seem to have lost my mobile phone, oh no, it broke actually. And I have never replaced it. And I don't seem to mind. I quite like going out and knowing I cannot be contacted.

I am tall, with high cheekbones and a far away look in my eyes. Sometimes you hear me weeping in the dispensary.

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:09

Oh she doesn't sound much fun.

I think we are rather marvellous, but rather damaged too. And we have oil lamps and our hair in buns and we are very kind and supportive, despite our personal problems.

Boco · 10/07/2008 22:10

I am perfectly round.
I got most of my early experience in lambing season on the farm and feel at ease with livestock.

zippitippitoes · 10/07/2008 22:10

oh have a nice comfortable night franny

and i guess i should go to bed too or at least read in bed

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:10

i am gruff and do things with walnuts and have beetling brows. I have my own goat and so you have to be nice to me all the time even though i smell and shout.

I once rapped boco with a birch twig when she forgot to bow to the goat.

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:12

i don;t think i am supportive because i am deeply insecure.

once i slipped 100 a valium as i worried about her weeoing. I like her really.

boco is famed for her dumplings

Boco · 10/07/2008 22:12

Hmmm. We're all in rather different places right now aren't we - it descends nicely from 100's far away look, to my simple farming stock, ending in Bee's deranged pervert.

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:13

i am terrible jealous of zippi and she gets smaller portions.

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:13

lol. It is making me laugh a lot. Your village's birthing centre will be thrilled with this new personnel.

Guadalupe · 10/07/2008 22:14
Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:14

oh okay - i went too perverse did I.

we all make a special tent when a woman is approaching the birthing stage and worship it.

better?

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:15

Excellent, excellent. Franny is going to feel all comfortable here now won't she? She likes goats.

Boco · 10/07/2008 22:16

Well, no, not better, still rather closer to the wicker man than 100s romantically damaged but capable women - but that's fine, I can do perverse goat worshipping valium fiend.

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:16

i am in love with carrot and watch her bleaching from afar.

this is the source of all my anger you see.

Guadalupe · 10/07/2008 22:17

the goat can stand with the horse, it can be a special pet corner to go and make animal noises in

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:17

oh god i have done it wrong again haven;t i.

Bbbee · 10/07/2008 22:17

why does 100 weep?

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:19

But you're insecure BBee. Has your passion for Guad made you angry and insecure and want to beat and drug your colleagues? It is one of those rare, nerveless passions. But one Christmas you will tell her, you will grab her bleached apron and tell her EVERYTHING.

ahundredtimes · 10/07/2008 22:19

Perhaps I just have hay fever?
