OMG dh is being admitted, tonight!!

had to call GP out earlier, gp felt that dh is cardiomyopathy is gettign worse so called dh cardiologist to get an emergency appt with her. she has just called and wants dh admitted NOW! he had a 24hr holter monitor done beginning of the week, and dh was vomiting a lot whilst on it. i have never known him to be called in this quickly.

Oh, misdee, you've really got your hands full at the moment haven't you? Why do they want to induce you? How old are your other girls by the way? You're coping, or seem to be, so well, I'm sure I'd be a useless wreck with all this going on!

mummylonglegs, i have gestational diabetes, and the consultant doesnt want the baby to get too big. dd1 will be 5 in march, and dd2 is 2.5yrs old.

its getting worse. they think he has blood clotys in his leg now, and have been in touch with a surgeon 'just in case'. they have added more meds to his list.

i want him to go to harefield so much. they really are the specialist there and he needs to be there ASAP. i dont care if he misses the birth of our baby now, as long as he is around. just want him better, or as well as he can be.

i feel fine, just dunno how much news i can take really.

there are 3 other men also waiting for harefield up on cardio atm. lets hope there is space for dh as well.

Misdee - I know it must seem crap at the moment - but I really hope that this signals the start of getting your DH well again!

All of this will pale into insignificance once he is well again and I really hope that will be very soon

misdee honey I really hope that your DH gets better soon. You have got so much to deal with at the moment and I'm sure everyone will agree with me when I say that you are so strong. I would have cracked by now if I had to go through what you are going through now. We are all thinking of you and your gorgeous family. You will get through this.
