Steve died at 10.30 in Jo's arms where he belonged.

I have spoken to her & she asked me to let you all know. Her dear friend Tracey is with her.

God he put up a good fight & I for one feel honored to have known him & his family.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Wishing you strength, and sending love to you OJ and your children x

I have only just read this, I am sitting here feeling very empty, yet Steve was not mine, but yours Jo, all thses words of love say how we all feel for you today. Yet although the end was inevitable I know how empty and sad you will already be feeling. A huge part of your life is over, you have lived a bitter sweet life, Steve will now be in a safe place, just out of sight......for a while, I can only send my love and say thank you Jo, thank you for all the times I have moaned about things that have happened, then pulled myself up when I have read your daily diary. May you find your peace now, Steve lives on through your beautiful children, bless you all. xxxxx
